Explore MeditationMelody is a somatic coach, yoga teacher, vegan nutritional therapist, and energy and sound practitioner. She works with people who have spent years over-functioning: hustling, holding it all together, performing care, and quietly abandoning themselves in the process. People who appear capable on the outside, but feel exhausted, disconnected, or never quite “enough” on the inside. Her work is not about fixing or optimising the nervous system. It’s about slowing down enough to stop betraying oneself. Through gentle, trauma-informed practices, Melody supports people in reconnecting with their bodies, needs, and inner rhythms — learning to experience rest, pleasure, and presence not as rewards, but as necessities. She believes slowness is political, softness is not weakness, and healing does not require spiritual bypassing, toxic positivity, or pushing through. Melody is part of the LGBTQIA+ community and is committed to creating spaces that feel safe, inclusive, human, and sacred, where people are welcomed exactly as they are.
