Go ahead and sit or lay down in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and slowly let it out through your mouth.

Breathing in deeply through the nose and exhaling very slowly.
Feel your body begin to relax with each breath.

Nice deep breath in through the nose.
Filling up your entire stomach and breathing it all out through the mouth.
Take a second just to notice the surface beneath you.
How it supports you completely.
Let your body grow heavy and sink into this support.
Feel your hands relax,
Your shoulders soften,
And your face release any tension.
Now imagine your breath as a wave gently flowing in and flowing out.
With each exhale imagine releasing any worries or tension.
With each inhale imagine drawing in calm and clarity.
I want you to imagine yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful calm forest.
You're about to enter it.
The trees ahead are tall and strong.
The leaves are shimmering in the sunlight.
The air smells fresh and clean and you feel safe and secure here.
Begin to walk slowly down a soft mossy path.
With each step you feel more relaxed.
Leaving behind the noise of the world.
Just saying goodbye to it.
This path leads you to a clearing where you see a peaceful sparkling lake.
Very very sparkling.
See it all.
See the lake ahead.
Taking a moment to really look at the lake.
Noticing how still and clear the water is.
It reflects the sky above.
Reminding you that calmness is possible even when things feel uncertain.
Just take a second to be here looking at the lake.
As you stand by the lake notice that you're holding a small smooth stone in your hand.
The stone represents the feelings of uncertainty or worry that you've been carrying.
Feel its weight in your palm.
Take a deep breath in now.
Then as you exhale gently toss the stone into the lake.
Watch as it sinks beneath the surface creating ripples that fade away until the water is smooth and clear again.
With the stone gone imagine that your worries are dissolving just like the ripples in the water.
Feel a sense of lightness and relief washing over you as your body feels more and more relaxed.
Now imagine that the lake begins to glow with a soft golden light.
This light represents your inner wisdom and your strength.
Always present even when things feel uncertain.
You feel drawn to the edge of the lake and as you lean closer you see a reflection in the glowing water.
But this is not just a reflection of who you are now.
It's the version of you who is calm,
Confident and clear about the future.
Notice how this version of you carries themselves.
Really really looking at them.
Seeing the strength in their eyes.
The calmness in their posture.
And imagine stepping into this version of yourself.
Feeling their confidence and clarity becoming your own.
Now I'd like you to take a deep breath in and slowly step back from the lake.
You know you can return to this place whenever you need calm or clarity just by imagining this beautiful lake that you've already come across.
As you walk back along the mossy path notice how much lighter you feel.
The trees around you seem brighter.
The air feels fresher and you feel a sense of calm and confidence growing within you.
Now I want you to bring your awareness back to your body.
Notice the surface beneath you.
The air around you.
Go ahead and wiggle your fingers and toes gently.
When you're ready go ahead and open your eyes.
Feeling calm,
Clear and ready to face whatever comes next.
