Come into a comfortable position.
Make sure your back is straight.
Close your eyes.
And we'll begin with some deep breathing in and out through your nose.
At your own pace,
Filling up on the inhales,
Opening your abdomen,
Your chest,
Your shoulders.
And on each exhale,
Letting your whole body relax,
Let go.
And continuing with the deep breathing,
Bring your attention down to your heart center,
That area in the center of your chest,
Just below your breastbone.
And I want you to imagine as if you are breathing in and out of your heart center.
Filling your heart center,
Expanding and relaxing with each breath.
And now let the deep breathing go,
Allowing your breath to be natural.
Still,
Keeping your attention at your heart center,
Feeling your breath at your heart center.
And now think of a memory of a time when you went out of your way to be kind to another human being.
It doesn't have to be anything extraordinary,
Any act of kindness,
No matter how small.
And as you reflect on this memory,
Try to imagine what this person was feeling in their heart because of your kindness.
How wonderful it felt to be acknowledged,
That they felt this sense of connection,
That someone cared enough about them to do something kind.
How wonderful it felt to be acknowledged,
That they cared enough about them to do something kind.
And now completely taking your attention off of the thoughts,
The memories of the kindness.
Look within your own heart.
What are you touching there?
What are you opening up?
Feel the energy that you are tapping into in your heart.
How wonderful it felt to be acknowledged,
That you felt this sense of connection,
That feeling.
As you feel this energy expanding and contracting with each breath,
Visualize it as brilliant white light radiating out of your heart center.
I'd like you to feel the Call to Feel the vibration of this energy spreading out from your heart center.
Every cell in your being permeated with the vibration of kindness.
Notice how one act of kindness,
The remembering of that kindness,
Completely transforms your energy.
Each cell in your body vibrating in harmony.
Every cell in your being permeates with the vibration of kindness.
Every cell in your being permeates with the vibration of kindness.
As you rest in this vibration,
Can you find a border where the energy ends and space begins?

The separation that we feel so much of the time is simply an illusion.
