Well done and explained. The process hasn’t worked for me so far, as I still wake frustrated and angry with my fatigue in the mornings. Picturing a happy version of myself seems beyond my grasp!

This was such an eye opening course for me. I remember when I was 5 when I stopping being a “good sleeper” and I also remember not being safe at night. It makes perfect sense to me now. At 62 finally getting back to a great nights sleep is such a gift! Thank you so much for this insightful course!
