This will bring real healing to you and you can listen to this as often as you wish to gain deeper and deeper healing on all levels.
And it begins now as you relax and close your eyes and begin to breathe long and slow.
You have experienced hypnosis before,
It is just part of the human experience.
If you've ever gotten lost in a wonderful book or movie or felt yourself lost in thought and daydreams,

You know how to go into trance now,
Your body knows how to do it already from much experience.
And the more you repeat this experience,

Now a white light comes down out of the heavens and surrounds you in the golden light.

Now imagine you're at the top of a large stairway.
What does the stairway look like?
Is it in a house,
In a city building,
Out in nature?
What does the air feel like around it?
Stand on the top step.
What does it feel like under your feet?
As we walk down the stairway,
Counting down from ten to zero,
You will go deeper and deeper into trance.

Feel the stairs beneath your feet.
What sounds do you hear?
What smells are in the air?
Breathe as you start to descend the stairway into trance.

Surrounded by the golden light.
The scene gets richer.
You feel the air on your skin and feel a familiar feeling of being on these stairs before.
You know how to go into trance now and it feels good and comforting.

You are nearing the bottom of the staircase and you start to see an open doorway at the bottom.

Step through the doorway over the threshold.

See what it looks like now that you're on the other side of the door.
Take a deep breath and feel what the air feels like.
Is it soft and damp like a forest or dry like a desert or clean and controlled like the inside of a beautiful building?
Walk around and explore while I count down from ten to zero,

Feel how it feels in your body to be in that perfect space.
What sounds do you hear around you?
What smells do you experience?
It is so beautiful and so peaceful and so perfect for you here.
Breathe as you look around and explore.
As you enjoy the peaceful feeling of being in this space,
You notice a place to lay down.
It looks so comfortable.
What does it look like?
When you notice a deep pool of water that looks so clean and has a sparkle to it that makes it look magical,
This space is just for you.
You can visit any time.
It is surrounded by the golden light and the white light and was created for your rest,
Comfort and healing.
It is for you.
As you explore and enjoy the refreshing peace of being in that space,
You notice that someone else is in that space too.
It is a healer.
What does this person look like?
What are they wearing?
What does it feel like to be in the presence of someone who is safe and there for your perfect loving healing ceremony?
They ask you if you are ready to begin the blessing ceremony.
When you feel you are,
You go to the place to lay down and you lay down and get comfortable.
More golden lights surround you to protect you and keep you safe and comfortable as you sink deeper and deeper into that comfortable place.
The healer calls a team of healers and loved ones to come participate.
They surround you with love.
Love is the heart of all healing and love is what you are being surrounded by,
Pure,
Safe,
Comforting,
Powerful love.
You feel that love flowing through every atom of your being,

Feel the flame descend on you and surround every part of you.

It feels like a wave of powerful pulsing love as it surrounds you.

Burning away old habits and anything you would like to leave behind,

You are so good at allowing healing.

Start feeling your feet begin to move,
Your fingers moving as you slowly begin to ease out of trance.

Feel your awareness come to your physical body and how it feels rested and refreshed.
Begin to move your arms and legs a little.

It may feel like waking from a dream.
