Day 4 (of 30). Realize. Visualize. Actualize. Today is about visualization, and using it as a tool to pull you forward into your vision. You must see your success in your mind as a way of believing it is possible. Everything is created twice. First in your mind as a thought or an idea and then through aligned action it materializing in the world as a thing. Your mind plays such a huge role in getting you to your results. One thought at a time, one breath at a time, one step at a time. Using your imagination as a tool to see yourself succeeding is one of the ways to create a pathway to success in your life. See it, believe it, achieve it. See it, believe it, achieve it.

Today is about visualization and using it as a tool to pull you forward into your vision.

You must see your success in your mind as a way of believing it is possible.

Visualization is daydreaming with a purpose.

So everything is created twice.

First in your mind as a thought or an idea and then through aligned action it materializes in the world as a thing.

So your thoughts play such a huge role in getting you to your results.

One thought at a time,

One step at a time.

Using your imagination as a tool to begin to see yourself succeeding is one of the ways to create a pathway to success in your life.

See it,

Believe it,

Achieve it.

So today and possibly every day,

Take some time to close your eyes,

Take some deep breaths and see yourself being successful in completing this 30 day challenge.

See yourself moving through each day with ease and grace,

Achieving what you set out to achieve with your planning and your commitment.

Maybe you see yourself completing this challenge feeling amazing,

Empowered and confident.

See yourself standing there.

What are you wearing?

How does it look on the outside of yourself looking in?

And how does it feel on the inside looking out?

Who is around you?

What do you see yourself doing?

And most importantly,

Sense how you feel.

Visualizing is the second step of my science of change process.

If you can imagine it,

It can be.

So the process goes realize,

Visualize,

Actualize.

Realize is realize what you want,

But you've already done.

Visualize is what today is all about to start to see yourself already having it.

And actualize is the steps that you are taking with daily consistent action towards metamorphizing,

Which is the last step.

All right.

So enjoy visualizing,

Taking deep breaths in as you see yourself achieving what you set out to do,

Because you can do it.
