Good morning and welcome to this morning's sweet whispered meditation to help you start this day.

Settle in,

Sitting up or laying down.

Let the air flow through your body.

Take a deep,

Full breath in through your nose and your entire body,

Floating down through your stomach,

Your spine,

Through your throat.

And exhale.

Shed all the sleepiness,

All the grogginess you might have.

Anything that would stop you from having an amazing full of energy,

Full of love and kindness day.

Welcome everything that happens to you starting from now.

Know that it's happening for a good reason and the universe has a good plan for you.

Let it happen.

Let it teach you.

Let it enrich you.

Let it fill you up with energy.

Receive it with open heart.

Letting it all in,

Take another deep,

Deep breath in through your entire body.

This breath is for you.

And exhale fully into this day.

Write yourself into existence.

Write your story.

Write your love.

Write your being together with other beings on earth.

You are beautiful.

You are amazing.

You are sacred.

And really feel good about yourself for waking up,

For taking this action for yourself in this day to start it off with a moment of mindfulness,

Of stillness,

Of enriching,

Filling your life with presence.

Take your mind to all of the other beautiful beings who are sharing this moment with you at this very moment.

I am sharing it with you as well in this beautiful community that we are in,

That we are blessed to be in.

Breathe in all of the love,

The sacred,

Sincere and beautiful,

Beautiful energy.

Keep it in and exhale.

Add a new layer of own,

A lightness,

A sense of presence,

A sense of joy,

A sense of being here and now and with yourself and with others and all at the same time.

You can do it.

You can do anything.

Anything.

And the most beautiful part is that you are doing it.

Already you are here.

You are making yourself seen by yourself,

By the world.

So step into this day with your full energy.

Go in fully with the whole power of your sacred being.

I believe in you.

I value you and I love you.

And I hope that today you will feel your 100% and more and more and more and more.

Take a deep,

Deep breath in.

A beautiful white light is going through your body like a pleasant electric wave.

It's taking over you,

It's energizing you,

It's making you feel all kinds of things.

Today you are here,

You are present,

You are you.

And the love I feel for you is the love that has no borders,

No stopping.

Let yourself feel it.

Let yourself be in it.
