As we begin this meditation,
I invite you to take a deep breath.
And as we breathe in,
Allowing ourselves to feel the nourishing nature of our breath,
And allowing our body to settle.
In this meditation today,
We are going to bring our awareness to the sounds of these ancient Tibetan singing bowls.
All the bowls that we will hear today are between three and five hundred years old and are imbued with the history that you will feel.
And so as we begin,
I invite you to hear the sounds in the room,
Or the sounds of my voice,
Or the sounds of the Tibetan bowls.
As you listen to the sounds,
Allow your ears to focus on any sound that is pulling your attention.
And see if you can bring your focus to that bare essence of sound.
Like a new song that you are hearing for the first time.
And as you continue on this journey of sound and meditation,
Allow your hearing to move to the next sound that is pulling your attention.
Remembering there is nowhere to go,
Just be and enjoy with your exquisite hearing.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
