A seat of divine bliss meditation.
Right now each one of us deep within ourselves has a sacred place.
A place where we are filled with beautiful vibrations.
And we can choose to move our attention,
Our awareness away from the ordinary consciousness.
And find this sacred space within.
And first of all we just need to ask,
Am I willing to arrive at this sacred space?
So to begin,
Just noticing what is going on in your inner world.
In our life there are many things.
There are people.
There's our body.
There's all the physical things around us.
There's the details of our to-do list.
There's all the stuff happening in the world.
And such an endless array of temporary things that are moving and shifting,
Changing.
And in ordinary consciousness we are trapped in all of these things.
Caught up in them,
Defined by them.
It's a bit like being stuck in the mud,
Playing in the dirt.
And let's take a moment to elevate our consciousness away from all these things.
Just imagine yourself being in this little place stuck in the mud.
And you stand up and you move away from all the details of life.
And you go on a beautiful little walk away from all these things,
Up a wonderful hill.
And you get cleaned off and you walk up this beautiful hill,
This sacred path.
Feeling higher and higher,
Feeling more light,
And all the things seem far away.
And as you walk you come to the edge of a beautiful cliff where there is a golden throne.
And on this sacred throne is a blissful being.
Being of shining light like a star.
Like a sun just floating on the throne.
Radiating so much good vibrations.
Infinite bliss.
And from this throne you can see the whole world.
This being is just shining,
Smiling,
Constantly happy.
Constantly blissful.
Immortal being.
Eternal being.
Indestructible.
Never ending.
And this beautiful being sitting on this beautiful throne is you.
Is your very own self.
Just allow yourself to bring your awareness as if you merge into that light,
Inside the light.
So you are in the light,
Looking out from the light.
Like being in the core of the sun,
Inside the sun.
And all this beautiful radiance and bliss and peace is naturally and constantly radiating.
As you sit on this sacred throne.
And there's nothing you have to do or become.
You are already this electric infinite light.
And think it just shines,
Illuminates light.
So you just enjoy sitting on this throne,
Floating above the throne,
The heart throne.
Where you can see into eternity.
And naturally shining out beautiful big smiles and vibrations of light and love and bliss.
And any time you find yourself wandering away in the awareness back into the mud,
Into the sticky business of endless details.
You can know that whenever you want,
You can take this sacred wall up the hill through the sacred path.
Until you reach your throne,
Your immortal throne,
Where you see your higher self.
This blissful,
Powerful light that is always smiling.
And you can merge into that smile,
Into that blissful being.
Going back home to yourself.
And as you do,
You become surrounded in light,
Surrounded in peace,
Bliss and unconditional love.
And each day we can live from this place more and more,
Until one day we will always be seated on the immortal throne.
Divine power.
And infinite bliss.
So as you go about your day,
Just remember that there is always this shining,
Smiling higher self that is who you are,
Always right there,
Sitting on the throne.
And you can come back to it in a second,
Whenever you want.
