Well,
Good morning and welcome.
Here we are again,
And it's Thursday.
Some of you may be thinking,
How did this happen so quickly?
While others of you may be feeling,
Thank goodness it's Thursday,
Only one day from Friday.
Either way,
Know that today is a day to expand beyond your boundaries,
To move beyond your limitations,
And to create a powerful and healing space for yourself and others in the world in order to reduce chaos and create harmonious healing and change.
Let's begin by taking in a deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Take a moment to feel the space of the room that you occupy.
That's right.
With your eyes closed,
Sense how much space is all around you.
The space between you and the walls.
Sense the walls of your bedroom or whatever room you are listening to this meditation in.
Imagine you are sensing the boundaries of the ceiling above you,
The floor beneath you,
And the walls all around you.
Those in front and behind and at your sides,
Sense the shape of the room.
Feel the boundaries around you.
And take a moment to sense this room as you breathe in and breathe out,
As you relax and go deeper,
Allowing your breathing to quickly and easily move into its own natural rhythm,
A rhythm of relaxation.
That's it.
That's it.
As you sense with your imagination,
This beautiful energy within your being,
This pulsating light throughout your aura as you're resting inside,
This beautiful,
Powerful colored light called your auric field.
Feel it.
Sense it.
Feel that beautiful colored light that we talked about on Monday's meditation.
Perhaps the color has changed and it has changed to a different frequency of light.
Just sense the color of your presence and feel it pulsating around you,
Somewhat held back or constrained in some area of your life,
Perhaps in some relationships this week or around your work.
Your work and career,
Your finances,
Around your health and well-being.
I want you to ask now for your soul and spirit in order to help you move beyond any limitations you have in any area of your life.
As you ask for help,
Open your heart.
The quickest way to open your heart is to smile.
Yes,
Your eyes are closed.
You're by yourself in this meditative space.
And as you smile,
Think the words,
I care.
I care.
I really do care about me and my future.
I care about my family and friends.
I care about the coworkers and neighbors and those people who also are part of the world in which I live.
It is safe for me to care.
And I really do care.
As you think of someone now that you really care for and sense them there in your imagination,
And they will help you to expand the feeling of love inside of your heart.
Let that feeling expand the pulsing color that you are.
This presence,
This energy,
This beautiful colored light that you have experienced as your own.
Sense it pulsing and expanding,
Expanding your caring and compassion.
As you think of that person you care about and feel a deep level of compassion,
Your aura will expand and it will become lighter and brighter.
Your aura will become filled with that beautiful colored light.
You sense it expanding,
Growing larger and larger until you're inside of this bubble of light.
Imagine that as your energy is expanding,
It is filling the room in which you occupy.
Your energy is growing larger and expanding beyond your physical body.
This compassion and caring is also infused within the brilliant colored light of your aura.
It is filling the space and the room that you dwell within.
If the color was red,
It is now being imbued with a white light and it is turning into a pink color.
If the color was orange,
Imbued with white brilliant light,
It will expand becoming a peach color.
If the color was yellow,
It will expand into a cream color.
Green will turn to mint green and blue will expand into a light powder blue.
Purple will become lavender and violet.
Violet will expand into pure white light.
Let the light of caring in this colored energy imbued with the light of your soul and spirit to fill your mind and then to expand outward into your presence,
Into your auric field.
Sense that colored light as you allow this beautiful pastel-like color to fill the room.
If you're feeling stuck and confused with frustration,
Perhaps lately you've been feeling low energy or frustrated,
Not able to move forward,
Feeling somewhat stuck,
I want you to imagine now that your body is growing along with this colored auric field.
This beautiful pastel color,
As it expands filling the room,
So does your body.
You will begin to expand inside the room.
You feel your energy and your body almost expanding.
As you become this giant,
This huge giant being,
Filling the space that you occupy,
You will break through.
I want you to imagine you are going to send this light into an important space.
Perhaps this colored light will expand into an important meeting that is upcoming in your near future.
As you fill a room,
Maybe it's a hospital room of a close friend,
Perhaps it is just your home that you occupy or your office,
But allow this energy to begin to expand,
This peach or pink or cream or mint green or light blue,
Powder blue,
Or this lavender or this white light as you're imbuing it with caring and compassion.
A healing space,
A sacred space is being purified with love.
To extend your intention to fill the room of a loved one who is ill or a space where it needs a shift and lift of energy.
Let yourself fill the space with this glowing healing light.
Let yourself go now as I lead you in a silent moment to do this experience.
Take in a deep breath,
That's it.
You have wonderfully expanded beyond your limitations by breaking free of being confined,
Expanding your light and sharing your caring heart in love and healing energy with the world around you.
You have had impact today already.
This early,
You are ready to move forward into your day,
Feeling more empowered and free,
Feeling strong and alive,
Feeling larger than life as you begin to imbue the compassion and love into your presence.
As I count now from one to five,
You will become more grounded at the count of five,
More free and ready to influence the world around you.

Begin to sense the room in which you occupy the position of your body in the room.

Notice and feel the clothing upon your body.
