Relax with this quick mediation for peace. Be in the present moment and release the past and future. You get to choose peace for yourself and remember you are worthy of peace. Unwind as you decide what you want to let go of and just drift away as you bring more peace into your life.

Today is going to be a quick meditation or peace.

So go ahead and find a comfortable position and just take a nice deep breath.

I want you to inhale through your nose and purse your lips and just do a slow exhale.

And just continue with that breath.

Inhaling through the nose,

Pursing your lips and just a nice slow exhale.

You're not in a rush right now.

You're just here in the present moment.

So at any point,

If you lose your focus today,

Just know that's okay and just come back to that slow breath.

As you sit here today in the present moment,

I want you to release any thoughts that you have about the past or the future.

Just imagine those thoughts drifting away.

Maybe they're on a cloud and they're moving away or maybe they're in the water just floating away from you.

Do you have any thoughts pop up now or after this?

Just keep in mind you don't have to address all those thoughts.

You can let those thoughts just drift away.

Just let them float on a cloud right on by or in the water.

You can choose peace for yourself and you are worthy.

You deserve peace in your life.

Just take a nice deep breath being present right in this moment,

Releasing any thoughts of the past or the future.

I just want you to think if there's anything that you want to let go right now,

What thoughts or situations do you need to just let drift away for this moment?

Because you're taking this moment to choose peace for yourself.

Because you are worthy of peace and calm in your life and you can have peace in your life.

Just continue to imagine that thought or situation just drifting away,

Allowing your mind to let it go,

Allowing that peace to seep into your body because you have chosen peace for yourself.

You have chosen to let it go.

We'll just end with a nice deep breath,

Inhale and purse those lips with a slow exhale.

So I just encourage you when you're getting distracted and you're losing your peace today,

That you just come back to that thought of being present and choosing peace for yourself.
