So close your eyes and turn your attention to your lively inner world.
See if you can catch your thoughts with a net,
Clearing the air for today's intention.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale,
Release all the thoughts you've collected into the infinite space of the outside world.
Let your breath flow naturally,
Each inhale filling you with quiet confidence and each exhale releasing any doubts or worries.
Notice how your breath rises and falls,
Like waves lapping at the shore.
You can control the tides of your breath whenever you need to.
Each breath reminds you,
You've got this.
When you say or hear you've got this,
Doesn't mean that mistakes won't happen or that everything's perfect.
Life will never be error-free.
It is rife with chances to learn and grow.
And you are capable.
You have survived everything in your life so far.
And here you are,
Tuning your energy to the frequency of someone who's got this.
Inhale deeply,
Filling up all the space you deserve to occupy.
And as you exhale,
A protective shield surrounds you.
You are safe,
You are strong,
And you are secure from unwanted outside influences and doubts.
Whenever anxiety tries to creep in,
You feel a protective force field forming around you as you take a deep breath and say to yourself,
You've got this.
Each breath cycle loosens the grip of uncertainty.
You are more powerful than you realize.
Waves of peace radiate through you.
Tiny adjustments from this single phrase,
You've got this,
Are enough to support you.
See yourself going throughout your day,
Coming across the unexpected,
A chance for you to celebrate that you are okay.
You've got this.
Hear my voice whenever you need to remember that you've got this.
Situations can't always change right away,
But you can change the way you hold them.
In the blink of an eye,
You remember to breathe,
You remember you've got this.
That brings us to the end of this practice.
Feel free to wiggle and open your eyes,
Facing the world with renewed confidence and belief in yourself.
