Okay,

Let's talk about uncertainty.

You know,

Life is full of moments when we simply don't know what's coming next.

Maybe you're facing a decision that you're afraid to make.

Perhaps there's an unfamiliar path ahead that feels intimidating.

And it's easy to tense up,

Trying to control what we cannot predict.

I used to relate it to playing a chess game with decisions.

I would try to plan three or four potential moves.

And then after that,

I would try to plan three or four additional potential moves.

And it just got overwhelming.

So for now,

Let's just pause together.

Take a gentle breath in.

And let it go.

Just notice how even amid uncertainty,

Your breath remains steady.

And that's a quiet reassurance that you're safe here in this moment.

Consider this.

Uncertainty isn't only about what we might lose.

It's also about the possibilities we haven't yet imagined.

And by softening our grip on needing answers,

We invite ourselves to experience life as it unfolds with openness rather than fear.

Now let's take another breath.

And as you exhale,

Just release a little bit of that urge to know everything about anything right now.

It's like Rainer Maria Rilke once said,

Have patience with everything that remains unsolved in your heart.

Live in the question.

That's a gentle reminder that sometimes the most beautiful moments come up precisely because we didn't see them coming.

So as you step forward today,

Maybe see if you can carry a bit of ease into the unknown.

Trust yourself.

Trust the unfolding.

And see if you can find some comfort in the questions themselves.

Thank you so much for joining me today.
