It is time for sleeping, so get comfortable and allow the universe to store your wish safely for you so that you can sleep peacefully, which I’m sure is overdue. This practice involves noticing the sensations of your body and allowing yourself to feel fully relaxed, whilst addressing a wish of yours that has been on your mind tonight. I hope you have a wonderful sleep, goodnight.

We will now take this time to notice what's going on in your mind.

You may need to turn left or right in order for you to find your perfect sleeping position.

And once you are there,

Be thankful for your comfortable condition.

Now what are you wishing to bring into fruition?

What would you like to manifest?

The thing that has been on your mind keeping you from rest.

Take a moment to recognise this wish of yours.

Now take a gentle inhale,

Breathing in this wish.

And then exhaling through your mouth,

Blowing this golden leaf wish of yours into the atmosphere.

Allowing the universe to safely store it until tomorrow,

Erasing any fear.

Notice how your feet are feeling right now in this moment.

Now notice how your back is feeling.

Do you need to adjust your position?

How are your shoulders?

Do you need to gently massage them or move the position of your pillow?

Gently release any tension you may be holding within your face,

Including your jaw.

Allow them to fully relax.

So again now,

Breathing in your wish through the nose and then exhaling it into the atmosphere high up in the sky.

So beautiful and sweet and sparkly.

You can now give a gentle sigh.

A sigh of relief that the universe has taken care of this wish of yours.

Your golden leaf.

You will see it again tomorrow.

But you need to rest your body from your head down to your feet so that you will be fully ready to greet your leaf.

It is time for sleep now.

So breathing in again through your nose,

Feeling all of your body deeply relax and become one with the sheets.

Perhaps you may meet parts of your wish in your dreams tonight.

Close your eyes,

Listen to your breath and allow the universe to do the rest.

Good night.
