Hello and welcome to Mindfulness with Ruby.

Are you comfortable and ready to drift into a beautiful sleep?

Take a moment to get more comfortable now.

Arrange your pillows and your blankets if you need to.

Then let's begin.

Be calm my dear.

Be very calm and gentle.

You are safe and sound.

Your sleep is waiting to be found.

Breathe in now through your nose and then breathe out so that you can gently start to doze.

And again now.

So breathing in and then calmly breathing out.

Listen to the calm water waves my dear.

They are near.

Allow the water to heal you.

Visualize yourself surrounded by gentle waves flowing all around you.

Very calm and slow and peaceful.

The water waves flow past you and around you making you feel calm and nurtured.

You are nurtured my dear.

The water cleanses all over you giving you peace of mind so that you can begin to wind.

Gain down to a calming sleep.

So be calm my dear.

Be calm.

Be calming.

Continue to be calm.

Very calm.

Be calming.

Be in tune with the water.

Start to sleep like the water.

Allow yourself to flow like water my dear.

Go with the flow my dear.

As you breathe in your mind relaxes and frees itself from all worry and stress.

And as you breathe out your body starts to flow by letting go of all the tension one by one in a row.

You are becoming calm.

You are being calming.

Calming like the water.
