Welcome here.

I am Miraj.

In the next few minutes we are not going to try to change anything.

We are just going to sit together and notice what is already here.

No techniques,

No pressure,

Just a quiet space to be as you are.

Here you don't have to do anything special right now.

You don't have to become calm.

You don't have to fix yourself.

Very simple.

If you are sitting,

Just sit.

If you are tired,

That's okay.

If your mind feels busy,

That's okay too.

See,

I'm not here to teach you something new.

I'm just here to sit with you for a few minutes.

You can close your eyes if you feel like it or you can keep them open.

There is no right way.

Take one slow breath,

Not to relax yourself,

Just to notice that you are breathing.

That's all.

Sometimes we think we have to become better before we can be at peace.

But most of the time,

Peace comes when we stop trying to become anything.

Truly,

I have spent a lot of time in trying to understand myself,

Trying to improve,

Trying to be different.

Slowly I saw something simple.

I don't need to be different to be real.

I just need to be honest with where I am.

So if right now you feel calm,

Stay with that.

If you feel confused,

Stay with that too.

If you feel nothing at all,

That is also something.

So for these few minutes,

Let everything be just the way it is.

No pushing,

No pulling,

No fixing.

Just sitting,

Just breathing,

Just being here.

You don't need to take anything from this.

You don't need to remember anything.

If all you feel is that you are not alone for a few minutes,

That's already enough.

Now we will sit together for a silence for a little while now.

Just notice whatever is happening inside you.

No need to name it,

No need to judge it.

Now let's be silent for a few seconds.

And now when you feel ready,

You can slowly come back.

No rush,

No hurry.
