Welcome to this full moon meditation where we will try and connect to the moon's energy.
I would like you to sit or lie down in a comfortable position,
Relax your body,
Relax your mind,
Relax your soul and ever so slowly close your eyes.
Begin with taking a deep inhale through your nose and when you exhale,
Exhale all the air out through your mouth.
Let it all go with a big exhale.
Take a few deep breaths like this here.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Really letting the air go.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Let your mind go still.
Thoughts can come and go,
No judgment here.
You are doing perfectly.
Focus on your breath.

Exhale.

Now I want you to bring the focus to the beautiful full moon.
Whether you can see her,
Whether you can feel her,
Whether she's hidden behind the clouds.
Bring your focus to the full moon,
Bright and big in the sky.
Let her light shine on you and fill you with energy.
The full moon has an effect on all the water on earth,
Making the water full and expand the tides.
The moon also affecting all the water with you and within me.
Inhale through the mouth.

Exhale and let her light shine on you.
Let the moon's energy calm you,
Relax you.
It's finally time to let go of the fullness.
Letting the moon fill you with energy.
You are one and connected with the moon.

With the full moon we can also feel full.
Tonight we might feel full and ready to let go of what no longer serves us.
Ready to let go of any stress or negativity or any thought or any feeling or any situation that we've been holding on to.
Ready to just let it go.
With the full moon we shift into new phase and connect with ourselves.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Let the full moon guide you into new phase ahead.
