And now it's time for inner peace.
Peace and welcome to this week's New Moon Meditation.
The New Moon is a time to cleanse,
Prepare,
Have hope and be open.
The New Moon invites you to welcome fresh energy and be aware of guidance and direction.
Let's begin by quieting our mind and becoming aware of our breaths.
I would ask that you start taking a deep inhale into your belly and exhale out fully and completely.
I want you to try to focus on bringing yourself to the present.
We can do this by following my words.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head.
I want you to focus on consciously releasing any tension in each body part I am about to go through.
Bring awareness to your forehead and your face and allow it to just relax.
Let your mouth and your jaw relax naturally without any effort.
Notice how it finds its perfect position,
Not clenched tight and not open wide.
I would ask that you bring your awareness to your neck and your chest area and consciously relax these areas of your body.
Your shoulders and upper back area allow them to drop in full relaxation.
Your biceps,
Elbows,
Forearms,
Your wrists,
All the way down to your hands and your fingertips.
Consciously release all tension.
Now I would ask that you bring your awareness to your heart center.
Consciously relaxing the middle of your chest,
Your upper abdomen,
Your lower abdomen,
Your lower back.
Relax for a moment and take a deep breath in,
Filling your stomach completely with air.
When you get to the top of your breath,
Release.
Bring your awareness back to your pelvic area,
Your hips,
Your thighs,
Consciously releasing all tension.
Bring your awareness to your knees,
Your shins and calves,
Your ankles,
All the way down to your feet,
Immersing your body in full relaxation.
I'm going to leave you here for about one minute,
Focusing on the relaxation of your body and just being present in this moment.
Deep breath in and exhale.
All right.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your entire body with air.
And when you get to the top,
Exhale fully and completely.
Now,
Breathing at your leisure,
I would ask that you visualize a white cleansing light coming from the new moon,
Softly surrounding your body.
Imagine that this white cleansing energy is gently clearing away energy no longer serving you.
Imagine the cleansing energy cleansing your aura for a moment.
The new moon being a time for new beginnings,
I would ask that you would think about the things you would like to bring into and manifest into your life.
You can speak these intentions to yourself in your mind right now.
Be open and receptive to any information that may come to you.
Why do you want this to be a part of your life?
Or why do you want your life to be this way?
How will it make you feel?
Try and let that emotion,
That feeling encompass you completely and entirely as though you already have it.
Feeling that emotion radiating through you and emitting the frequency outward.
I'm going to leave you here now for a few moments in a deep meditation.
Focus on setting your intentions and manifesting it into the world.
If you should have a thought about anything outside of this,
Gently bring yourself back to the present moment and the reason we are here.
For the new moon energy to cleanse,
Replenish and help us manifest our best lives.

Take a deep cleansing breath in and when you get to the top,
Exhale slowly.
Slowly,
Fully and completely.
Notice how you are feeling in this moment.
Feeling this light within you,
Your life force,
Your personal energy responsible for all you do and who you are.
Feel the stillness of this energy within you.
Feel the stillness at the very center of your being.
Still but so alive.
So vibrant.
Your inner current,
Your personal frequency.
You have so much to give this world.
On this new moon,
It is the best time to energetically connect.
To understand what your personal,
Deepest and truest desires are.
I would ask that you take a moment and thank the moon for any information that was shared with you in this meditation.
Now I would ask that you bring your awareness to being in this space that you are in.
And start bringing energy back into the body by movement.
Shrugging your shoulders,
Rolling your head around,
Moving your hands and your wrists,
Your arms,
Your legs.
Bringing the energy back into the body so that you can continue on with your day or have a restful night of sleep.
