And now it's time for inner peace.

Peace and welcome to today's meditation.

I give gratitude for your choice in choosing to share space with me for the next few minutes.

Let's begin our meditation.

I would ask that you find a quiet spot sitting or lying down comfortably and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and gently exhale.

Now let's begin to center our minds.

As you breathe in deeply,

Feel cool morning air fill your lungs.

And as you exhale,

Let go of any lingering heaviness from the day before.

Today is a new day.

Today is a gift full of promises and possibilities.

I would invite you to bring to mind one thing,

Big or small,

Something that you are grateful for today.

It could be the warmth of your bed,

The softness of the couch you're sitting on,

The sound of birds outside,

Or simply your breath steady and constant.

Let that feeling of gratitude fill you,

Spreading warmth throughout your chest.

I will leave you here for just a few moments.

Take a deep breath in,

Filling the lungs and the stomach with air until you can take no more in.

And then exhale fully and completely.

Now I would ask that you turn your attention to your body.

Let's give thanks to our bodies for carrying us through life,

For walking,

Breathing,

And even being present here in this moment.

Send a silent thank you to every part of yourself that supports you.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Now,

Breathing at your leisure,

I would ask that you visualize the day ahead.

Imagine your day unfolding with ease.

Picture moments of joy,

Connection,

Or simply peace.

Now I would ask that you set an intention to carry gratitude with you through every task and every interaction you have today.

And remind yourself that today will be a good day.

Remind yourself also that challenges are an opportunity for you to grow.

Now I would ask that you take three deep breaths and with each inhale,

Draw in positivity and light.

And with each exhale,

Release any tension or doubt.

You are now ready to face your day.

Today is going to be a great day.

When you're ready,

You may open your eyes and start bringing the energy back into the body.

Shrugging your shoulders,

Wiggling your fingers,

Moving your legs,

Scrunching your toes.

Let's give gratitude one more time for waking up today.

Thank you for joining me.

I wish you nothing but peace and so much love.
