I want you to get comfortable sitting upright or lying down and we're going to start the breathing process.

I want you to breathe in through the nose,

Breathing out through the mouth and you're going to expand your stomach with every in-breath and with the out-breath through the mouth you're going to bring your belly button to your spine.

That's good and I want you to tense your toes and tense your feet and release them and just check for any heat or tension,

Any warmth,

Just be the observer.

Then we're going to go to our calves,

Tense and release and be aware of any sensations in our calves,

Warmth,

Heat,

Tingly,

Just be again.

Then our knees,

Release,

Awareness,

Our thighs,

Our hips,

Our buttocks,

Tense,

Tense,

Tense,

Release while we continue to breathe,

Just being aware of these places and spaces that hold tension.

Our hips,

Our waist,

Our arms,

Our hands,

Tense,

Tense,

Tense and release.

Our arms,

Our shoulders,

Our neck,

Our head,

Our back,

The back of the neck,

Tense,

Tense,

Tense and release.

That's good.

The top of our head,

The roof of our mouth,

Our ears,

Our eyes,

Tense,

Tense,

Tense and release and I want you to keep breathing and when I count to 10 you're going to be more and more relaxed.

10 and you're walking through a beautiful forest,

Again the birds are singing in the trees and the sun is streaming down and you feel more and more relaxed with every move you make and then you come to a clearing,

The safe space clearing and there's a waterfall to your right and you sit down on rock as you observe this beautiful,

Tranquil waterfall and forest and you just allow all the stresses of the day to leave your body,

All the tensions and emotions that you're holding in your body to be released with every out breath and I want you to see in the distance,

A figure coming towards you and this is your inner mother,

Your inner mother that has unconditional positive regard for you and she is there to give you comfort and your inner mother stares at you and tells you,

You are a beautiful child of the creator.

She holds you and allow you to exhale and just relax into her arms you feel a tenderness,

A sense of belonging,

A sense of understanding that you are perfect as you are and you never did anything wrong.

She holds you and you feel the warmth of her heart soothing and regulating your nervous system and you can finally release the tension in your abdomen and stomach and your shoulders can be relaxed and you just sit there in her arms in total self-acceptance and you stand in sovereignty because you are seen by your own inner mother so I want to give you a moment of just telling your inner mother your concerns and in a moment your inner mother is going to give you some unconditional loving wisdom now your inner mother holds you and puts you inside her heart and you feel this beautiful feeling of belonging that you've never ever felt before,

You've never felt accepted,

You've never felt loved unconditionally in the way that your inner mother loves and cares for you this was your soul,

Essence,

Inner parent and in our next journey we will get to meet our inner father but just for now,

Just allow your inner mother to hold you one more time and she gives you a symbol of her love to know that she's always with you,

Always holding you dear beloved child,

You are wanted,

You deserve to be here,

You deserve to let your light shine into the world because you have your own inner mother that is supporting you and cheering you on and she's here with you every second and minute of the day and now you take your gift and you embrace your inner mother,

You hold her tight and you just release because you know you can trust life because she's there with you and she melts inside of you and now you feel so full,

Expanded,

Regulated and grounded you feel confident,

Alive,

Full of compassion,

Open-hearted,

Protected and ready to share your purpose with the world,

Even if that means just being a loving,

Compassionate human being you walk back through the forest knowing you can return here anytime and with every step you make you feel more energized and confident and grounded.
