Make sure you are in an undisturbed space and you are standing or sitting,
Whatever makes you feel comfortable.
Close your eyes if you can and feel your body,
Feel the energy flowing through your entire body.
Notice your breath flowing in through your nose and flowing out through your mouth.
Now put your hand on your heart and feel the feeling of gratitude,
Appreciation and love.
Continue to hold this feeling and say out loud,
I listen to my own needs and I live my individuality.
Repeat it two more times and remember to keep the feeling of gratitude high.
