Breath is not only essential for you to live.
It's also very helpful to be able to relax.
To your nervous system or to lift your energy,
If that's what you want.
If you're breathing correctly,
It has so many benefits.
And today we're just going to focus on the simple things so don't worry about it am i doing really am i doing really wrong really good how it's going start where you are listen to your body And little by little,
You're gonna get this exercise more or more ingrained.
So we're gonna start first with just like.
A normal breathing exercise.
So imagine that your belly is a balloon and then you're going to inhale you're going to inflate it.
And then when you exhale,
You release and let go.
Don't try to overdo it.
You can place your hands on your belly if it feels more comfortable.
Inhale and then you exhale.
And I always close my eyes because that's my mode that comes immediately.
If you don't feel comfortable closing your eyes,
That's okay.
So you inhale,
You inflate.
Right now my body is overdoing it,
Over breathing.
Try to make it as gentle,
As natural as possible.
So I know what you're thinking.
Maybe I'm inhaling and my belly's coming in and I'm exhaling and taking it out.
That's what we usually call reverse breather and I myself was one of those persons.
And it just took me a couple months to just breathe and practice until I got it correctly.
So it's just a pattern that my body got to do,
But it doesn't have to be that way.
And if you have any type of issues with your breathing or something with your nostrils,
Don't worry about it having it perfect.

So just try to add this and move this as however it feels.
For you.
So that's the one thing.
So your belly is going to inflate when you inhale and then you're going to take it out and you're going to exhale.
That's ideally what should be happening.
So practice this exercise you can do it like 10 breaths or you know just put your timer for two minutes one two minutes and do it another way that you can do it is like before you start working you sit on your desk just Take a moment to take some breaths.
