We're going to use our breath as a meditation.
And It's a little bit different from what we practice,
But I think it's more simple and you're gonna like it.
What we're going to do is that when you inhale,
You're going to count to one.
And when you exhale,
You count to two.
Inhale,
Count to three.
Exhale count to four.
Inhale,
Count to five.
Exhale,
Count to six.
You can either close your eyes or open them.
Inhale seven.
Inhale 8.
Inhale,
Nine.
I'm so done.
And then you start all over again.
You might get distracted either by noises,
A car that passes by.
Or somebody opening the door or most likely you're going to forget what number you're counting in and that's okay too.
Just start all over or just start on your favorite number.
You can use this breathing.
When you're having a meeting,
For example,
Or when you're driving,
You don't have to place your hands here.
I like to practice it with my hands at the beginning just to get a sense of it and you know just learn how to do it but you don't have to put your hands there if you really don't want to.
And.
.
.
This you can add for example a positive affirmation and repeat it every time you inhale,
Every time you exhale.
Or you can just use the word thank you.
The word thank you has a very high vibration.
And it's easier to remember.
You just say thank you or,
You know,
Make it your own.
Practice it and make it your own.
