Recorded live at the "Edge of the World" in Arizona. We hiked out to a pocket of peace that overlooked what you're seeing in the meditations featured picture. Take a deep breath and release any tension that you may be holding on to.

Keep going.

It can sound however you like,

Whatever feels right.

It can look any which way,

Just let it be.

As you're getting comfortable,

Imagine your bare feet in the soil.

Imagine as you inhale your breath extending down into your feet and into the soil through your feet.

And as you exhale,

Imagine this golden substance being pulled up through the soil into your feet.

Moving around your ankles.

Up your legs,

Hips,

Belly,

Your shoulders,

Your lungs and throat,

Neck,

And the top of your head.

Imagine you're filled with that golden light,

That golden substance circulating through you and coming from the depths of the ground beneath you.

Know that you're allowed to be safe here.

Know that you can feel safe anywhere.

Imagine a breeze,

A cool,

Crisp breeze on your cheeks.

Let it wash over you from your head to your toes.

Bring your hands to your belly.

And press in gently,

Feeling your belly rise as you inhale.

Take the deepest breath yet.

And just underneath where your hands are placed on your belly,

Imagine you can see within it this warm golden honey.

It's bright yellow,

Deep orange,

Brown.

And it's crystallizing and melting and crystallizing and melting.

And you can smell it,

The sweet,

Nectary,

Gooey sensation.

And you notice that you start to feel joy just by looking at it,

Just by smelling it and being with it.

Imagine that same honey being pulled up into your hands as you inhale.

And as you exhale,

Imagine it's being returned into the deep soil beneath your back.

Release any tension that you're holding onto.

And release yourself.

Let's eat with each breath.

Feel that warmth in your center,

In the very pit of your belly,

Extending warmth up into your lungs and your heart,

Up into the space between your ears,

Loose in your jaw.

Feel it washing over you with warmth.

Feel it grounding you in your own essence.

With your top half illuminating and glowing with this,

Now feel it extending down your hips,

Into your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Up into your feet,

And each finger,

And each toe.

And imagine that it's healing,

It's cleaning anything up that needs attention.

It's okay for thoughts to come up.

It's okay for noises to be around.

It's okay for people and yourself and anything you experience to be how it is.

It's okay to feel.

More deep breath with this.

Start wiggling your fingers,

Your toes,

Moving your hips side to side,

Moving your head side to side.

And if you're laying down,

Roll over either left or right to a fetal position as you slowly get up.

Feeling your heart with us,

Sharing your time and your space and your love with us.

And I hope that this connected with you in some way.
