Welcome to this quiet space.
Wherever you are,
In your room,
In your car or walking outside,
I invite you to take a moment to return to yourself.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your jaw soften.
Let your breath become your anchor.
Inhale slowly and exhale gently.
This is your time to pause,
To listen,
To meet the voice inside that still believes in you.
Bring attention to your body.
Notice your feet on the floor.
The way your body feels supported by the chair,
The bed or the ground.
With each breath,
Release a little more.
Breathe out.
Rest.
Feel yourself arrive in this moment.
Nothing to fix,
Nothing to prove,
Just presence.
Now,
Gently become aware of the voices that have been living in your head lately.
Maybe they've been loud,
Critical,
Worried,
Afraid.
Let them come forward for a moment without judgment.
Maybe they say,
You're falling behind.
You're not good enough.
This will never change.
Notice these voices.
Honor them for trying to protect you.
But,
Know they are not the deepest truth.
With your next breath,
Imagine turning the volume down on those voices,
Just a little.
Not pushing them away,
Just creating space for something else to emerge.
Now,
Imagine you're standing in a wide open field at sunrise,
Soft light on your skin,
The world still quiet.
Everything feels new.
You sense someone walking toward you,
But it's not a stranger,
It's you.
A version of you rooted in love,
In truth,
In possibility.
This is the voice of your inner hope,
And it's here to speak to you.
Let it come forward.
Let it say what you most need to hear.
Maybe it says,
You are safe now.
Maybe you can begin again.
I believe in the person you're becoming.
Breathe those words in.
Let them settle in your chest.
Let them rewire the narrative.
This voice is yours.
It always has been.
It's just been waiting for you to listen.
As we close,
I'll speak a few simple truths.
You can repeat them softly in your mind,
Or just let them wash over you.
I can hear the voice of hope inside me.
I am allowed to trust it.
I am more than my fears.
There is wisdom in my quiet.
I am being guided by something beautiful.
Take one last slow breath in,
And a long full breath out.
Breathe it out.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Feel your heart more open.
And carry this voice with you into the rest of your day.
It is always here,
And it always will be.
