Hi,

I'm Marcus.

This is Brave Meditations number five.

Let's start by sitting comfortably and close our eyes.

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Allow your body to relax and your mind to settle.

Imagine you are embarking on a journey through a dense forest.

The path ahead is uncertain,

But you feel a sense of adventure and bravery within you.

As you walk along the path,

Notice the sounds and sights around you.

Feel the ground beneath your feet and the air on your skin.

With each step,

You gather more courage and confidence.

You come across a river with a narrow bridge.

At first it seems daunting,

But you take a deep breath and step onto the bridge.

Feel the strength and bravery within you as you cross the bridge,

One step at a time.

Once you reach the other side,

Take a moment to appreciate your journey and the bravery it took to get there.

Repeat silently to yourself,

I am brave on my journey through life.

Then take a few deep breaths and gently bring your awareness back to the present moment and open your eyes.

Welcome back,

Friend.
