Physical and mental traumas and pain.

Get ready for this meditation.
Get yourself comfortable.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Relax your body.
Take one more deep breath in and out.
Try to breathe a little deeper and slower than you used to.
Concentrate on your breathing.
Let's set an intention for this meditation to connect to your body on a deeper level,
Feel its needs and activate your natural ability for self-healing.
You can also think of what physical or emotional trauma,
Illness or pain you want to heal within your body.
Set it as an intention.
You will be able to heal it eventually.
Take one more deep breath in through your heart.
And with the next exhale,
You surrender this intention to the universe.
Keep breathing following a cycle of breaths.
If any thoughts will appear during this meditation,
Just gently go back to your breathing,
To your inner sensations.
Let your thoughts come and go.
Observe your breathing.
Notice the sensations in your nostrils,
The flow of the air within your body.
Notice how your chest rises and falls,
How air fills your belly.
Notice the temperature of air on your each in and out breath.
Your breath becomes conscious.
Concentrate on your inner sensations during your breathing.
Now move your attention to the top of your head.
Try to relax your scalp even more.
Allow all your face muscles to relax deeper.
Notice your ears and your eyes.
Let them relax more.
If you notice any tension,
Pulsation or other sensations that are out of alignment within your body,
You can intend to relax them even more by bringing your attention to that area and breathing through it.
Allow your jaw to fall.
Check your neck muscles.
Let them fully relax.
Feel your shoulders.
Let them release all the remaining tension.
Scan all the muscles of your hands,
Your elbows,
Palms.
Relax them completely.
Allow your chest to feel heavy.
Relax your belly.
Feel all the muscles of your back.
Intend to relax them completely.
Breathe through them.
Allow your pelvis to relax even more,
Your genitals.
Scan all the muscles of your legs,
Your knees,
Ankles,
Feet.
Let them relax more.
Now,
Take one more deep breath in from the soles of your feet to the top of your head and out.
Feel that your body is totally relaxed.
You reached the most magical,
Sacred space.
It's a zero point,
Point of creation,
Healing and magic.
We activate your natural ability for self-healing,
Allowing your body to align with its original blueprint.
This is a place where your soul feels at home.
There is bliss,
Peace and emptiness.
You're connected to the divine.
Feel all the sensations within.
Allow yourself to trust and open up.
Your heart is a doorway to your soul.
It's a source of unconditional love within you.
Allow it to open up,
Expand and radiate a powerful healing energy of unconditional love.
Breathe through your heart,
Let the magic flow.
Let your body heal.
Feel the vibration of love within your body.
Love fills your every organ,
Each cell.
Your body radiates love.
You become love.
You become a shining lighthouse of love and light.
Love fills your whole body with the healing energy of love.

Allow your mind to remember this magical healing vibration within your body.

Stay in this feeling for some time.

Take one more deep breath in and out.
When you're ready,
You can go back to your body.
You can move your fingers and toes.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and go back to your day.
Healing will continue and after the end of this meditation.
