Find a safe place to do this meditation.
Place your feet on the ground.
Feel your body connect to the earth.
Take a deep breath.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Great.
Close your eyes.
Do expect to feel more relaxed as you go through this practice.
I want you to continue with those deep breaths.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
You are an energetically sensitive being.
As an empath,
Your presence is naturally healing.
You're the listening ear,
The sounding board,
The go-to person whenever someone is in need.
Most often times,
You enjoy helping others.
This is what comes naturally to you.
But it becomes overwhelming at times,
Right?
Being all things to all people.
It's hard enough to show up for yourself and take care of yourself,
Let alone others.
Sometimes,
We forget that we need healthy boundaries in place in order to make sure that our cup is full before we can begin to serve others.
It can be a lot to carry,
Can't it?
I want you to continue with those deep breaths.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Let's release that overwhelm and create more healing space for ourselves.
I want you to take three deep cleansing breaths.
In through the nose and sigh it out of the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Great.
Let's release what no longer serves you.
Take a deep cleansing breath.
Imagine yourself like a candle burning brightly.
And the smoke is a symbol of the old stagnant energy that is no longer serving us.
Watch as it travels up,
Leaving your body and releasing itself into the universe for healing and transmutation.
You are now releasing the old pattern of having poor boundaries.
Now,
It is no longer your burden to carry.
You are clearing your energy field.
You are inviting in a strong sense of self worth.
You now know what your energetic boundaries and minimums are.
You know what you can reasonably take on and what you can't.
You honor yourself and your humaneness.
You are more than comfortable with saying no with ease and compassion.
You know that the emotional response and reaction from others is not your responsibility.
No more blurred lines.
No more resentment.
You are now releasing the fatigue,
Releasing the exhaustion.
Take another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Now we'll move into protecting your energy field.
Take another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Now,
I want you to envision a bright yellow and blue light.
Breathe it in through your nose.
Bring the air through your solar plexus chakra,
Which is located between the heart and the belly button at the center.
As you breathe it out,
The light goes up,
Out through your head,
Traveling through that throat chakra and surrounding your body like a bubble.
Breathe that bright yellow and blue light in,
Up through the nose,
Up through the throat chakra,
Up through the head,
And the light surrounds your body like a bubble.
This is your protective force field.
This is your protective shield.
Only positive,
High vibrational energy orbits in your atmosphere right now.
Now I want you to envision a bright indigo light.
Breathe it in through the nose.
Bring the air through your third eye chakra,
Which is located at the center of your two eyebrows above the bridge of your nose.
As you breathe the air out,
The indigo light spouts up out of your head and surrounds the body like a bubble,
Like a protective force field.
This is your protective shield.
Only positive,
High vibrational love energy orbits in your atmosphere right now.
Your boundaries are protected.
Your boundaries are protected.
Your boundaries are protected.
Great job.
