Welcome to this grounding guided meditation.
Find a safe place to do this meditation.
Place your feet on the ground.
Feel your body connect to the earth.
Take a deep breath.
In through the nose and out through the mouth and close your eyes.
Do expect to feel more relaxed as you go through this practice.
You are an energetically sensitive being.
As an empath,
Your presence is naturally calming.
You're the solid grounding pillar in your circle of loved ones,
Family,
And friends.
You naturally put people at ease.
You easily transmute heightened energy into more grounded energy and it's so healing to others.
Most times,
You enjoy helping others with your calming presence.
It's what comes naturally to you.
But it becomes overwhelming at times,
Right?
Taking on all of this energy when it's hard enough to keep your energy grounded for yourself.
Sometimes we forget that we need to ground our energy to bring in feelings of being calm,
At ease,
And steady.
Let's release that overwhelm and create more healing space for ourselves.
I want you to take three deep cleansing breaths.
In through the nose,
Inside out of the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Great.
Let's release what no longer serves you.
Take a deep cleansing breath.
Imagine yourself like a candle burning brightly and the smoke,
It's a symbol of the old stagnant energy that is no longer serving you.
Watch as it travels up,
Leaving your body and releasing itself into the universe for healing and transmutation.
You are now releasing the old pattern of being scattered with your energy and having stressful and heightened energy in your biofield.
It is no longer your burden to carry.
Release this now.
You are clearing your energy field.
You are inviting in a strong sense of stability and calmness.
You know what you can reasonably take on and what you can't.
You honor yourself and your humanness.
You are highly in tune with your body.
You know what it's communicating to you.
And you know when it's telling you that you need to take some intentional time to ground out that energy.
Take three cleansing breaths.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Now I want you to envision a red light.
Breathe it in through your nose and bring the air through your root chakra,
Which is located at the base of your spine.
As you breathe it out,
The red light spouts down through the body through your root chakra and it surrounds your body like a bubble,
Like a protective force field.
This is your protective shield.
Only positive,
High vibrational energy orbits in your atmosphere right now.
Your energy is grounded.
Your energy is grounded.
Your energy is grounded.
And if you find yourself overwhelmed by keeping your energy grounded throughout your day or night,
Remember you're only a few deep breaths away from anchoring that energy back and feeling at ease.
