Activate and empower meditation.

This meditation will guide you through activating your Manipura or solar plexus chakra to bring you personal power and confidence.

You can use this meditation to prepare you physically,

Mentally,

Emotionally and energetically for any challenge that you face.

When we have a balanced Manipura chakra and energy is flowing freely in this area,

We are able to face challenges head on with a positive attitude.

We feel confident that we can overcome any obstacles that come our way and we move through them with grace and ease.

This meditation will empower you to enter this challenge with a strong mental attitude and enable your body and mind to let go of any stagnant energy that may be blocking your progression and causing you to question your abilities.

You are a strong person with an abundant source of energy and personal power.

You can tap into this whenever you need to.

This meditation will help you to do that.

So let's begin.

Start by getting into a comfortable position.

You may sit on a chair,

On the floor or lie down,

Whichever feels best to you.

Whatever position you choose,

Ensure that your spine is straight and your legs are uncrossed.

Relax your shoulders and close your eyes if you haven't done so already.

Focus your awareness now on your physical body.

Feel your clothing touching your skin.

Become aware of your connection to the chair,

The bed or the floor that is supporting you.

Notice how the air feels on your exposed skin.

Is it cool,

Warm or is there a breeze perhaps that you can become aware of?

Now bring your awareness to the sounds that you can hear,

The sound of my voice,

Any noises in the room that you are meditating in,

Any sounds from outside that you can hear.

Perhaps you can even become aware of the sound of your own breathing.

Maintaining this awareness on your breath now,

Notice how your breath has slowed down as you have become present.

Focus on your breath as it enters and exits your body.

Where can you feel the breath physically in your body?

Is it in your abdomen and chest?

Is it where the breath is entering your lungs down the back of your throat?

Perhaps you are aware of the slight temperature difference between the inhalation and exhalation around the tips of your nostrils.

Your Manipura chakra is the third chakra located in your abdomen above your belly button.

In the area of your solar plexus,

It is the energy centre responsible for personal power,

Self-esteem and confidence.

Place your hands over this area now.

Visualise a yellow light in the area of your Manipura chakra,

Glowing bright and strong.

As you inhale,

Direct your breath into your Manipura chakra and visualise the radiant yellow light growing even brighter,

Just like when you gently blow on the embers of a fire to feed them with more energy and make them glow brighter.

As you exhale,

Imagine you are letting go of any stagnant energy that was blocking this area of your body.

You might see this as a dark smoke-like substance exiting your nostrils.

Or,

You may just notice a feeling of lightness and warm relief as you let go of what no longer serves you in order to make space for the new.

So as you inhale,

Direct your breath into your Manipura chakra and see your bright yellow light glowing even brighter,

Just like the embers of a fire when fed with fresh oxygen.

And as you exhale,

Imagine letting go of anything that no longer serves you,

Any stagnant energy or blockages,

Feeling your body become lighter.

Continuing with this breath visualisation for a little while longer.

Inhaling,

Feeding your Manipura chakra,

Exhaling letting go.

And you feel that as your Manipura chakra begins to radiate,

Your confidence is growing and personal power becomes stronger and stronger.

Now imagine this energising,

Incandescent yellow light from your Manipura begins to spread throughout your body.

Every muscle and every cell is being wrapped in this warm,

Glowing yellow light.

Feel yourself becoming more and more empowered as your body fills with energy and light.

Now,

I'd like you to imagine yourself stepping into the new challenge you are facing or bringing into your life.

Visualise yourself acting and speaking with confidence and self-assurance.

Feel that confidence like the warm yellow light that fills every cell of your body.

You know that you are able to handle any obstacle that comes your way.

Your body,

Mind and energetic frequency are now activated for success.

Here's now the positive result that comes from taking this action or succeeding in your challenge or goals.

How do you feel physically?

Mentally Emotionally Energetically Has this success positively affected any other areas of your life?

How about your family?

Your work or your business?

Your health?

And how does this make you feel?

Do you feel relieved?

Happy Proud Or maybe a deep sense of gratitude?

Stay fully present in this moment and focus on embodying the emotions you are experiencing.

Let them sink into your heart center and become a part of you and know that it is done.

You will accomplish your goals and you are now activated for success on every level.

Looking to deepen the breath now.

Bringing some energy into the fingers and the toes.

Taking a gentle stretch if that feels appropriate to you.

In a moment you will gently open your eyes and bring that feeling of confidence and empowerment with you as you move through the rest of your day.

Eyes open,

Fully awake and back in the here and now.
