Visualize your loving-kindness reaching out like a warm,

And then extending out to all others on the planet.
Remember that we are all connected by the threads of humanity,
All in need of love and compassion.
By sharing your loving-kindness,
You invite deeper healing and connection into your life and the world.

Take a moment to think of the people who may have caused you pain in the past.
See them not as the source of your suffering,
But as individuals who,
Like you,
Carry their own burdens and wounds.
Hurt people hurt people.
Imagine they are standing before you,
And you are connected by cords of energy.
Send them the light of loving-kindness and forgiveness.
This is not about condoning their actions,
But about releasing the hold they have on your heart and granting yourself the gift of liberation from anger and resentment.
