Welcome.

Welcome.

To relax.

Re-center.

And recharge.

Close your eyes.

And begin to notice the internal landscape of your being.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And let the belly expand with the intake of your breath.

And as you exhale,

Let it out with a sigh through the mouth.

And do that two more times.

Nice,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose,

Letting the belly fill with air.

And then exhale through your mouth.

And a third time.

Inhaling mindfully.

And exhaling.

Ahhhhh.

Letting go.

Letting go of anything that was happening before this moment.

Becoming present into the space we're creating here now.

Continue to breathe a little bit slower and a little bit deeper.

And check in with your physical body.

Scanning throughout the body,

Starting with the top of the head.

And going all the way down to the tips of the toes.

And anywhere that you notice you're holding stress or tension,

Let go.

Let go.

Let the chair or the seat or the bed hold you.

Allow it to support you even more.

And on each exhale,

See if you can melt a little bit more into the space.

You'll notice the energy in your body.

Scanning with your mind's eye.

Seeing if you can feel the body as a field of awareness and energy.

You may notice it best in the palms of your hands or the soles of your feet.

Warmth and tingling.

Waves of sensation.

You may be able to feel the entire energy body.

Meet yourself wherever you are in this practice.

Bring a slight smile to your lips,

Raising the corners ever so slightly.

And notice if that changes your energy.

You may feel a slight warmth in your heart.

And reflect for a moment on one thing that you can appreciate right now in your life.

And feel that appreciation in your heart.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And as we close this practice today,

Let's take a moment to appreciate ourselves for taking this time to relax,

Re-center,

And recharge.

Thank you for joining me.

Namaste.
