Welcome to this short breathing practice find a comfortable position and close your eyes or just soften your gaze and make sure you're relaxed we shall breathe together breathing hold at the top breathe out hold at the bottom breathing holding at the top say an affirmation I am abundant and breathing out say I let go and holding at the bottom say I am free holding a bit more and preparing to breathe in and when breathing in you can say I receive again holding at the top you can say I am abundant or you can say I am filled I am fulfilled find a word for yourself and releasing say I let go or I release and at the bottom of your breath say I am free or I am healed and then again I receive find your own breathing tempo and the words that suit you and breathe for one more minute do not worry do not worry do not hurry this minute has come to an end and if this breathing wasn't natural for you take a deep refreshing breath in and release the tension and just come back to your natural tempo of breathing and slowly reconnect to the surrounding reality gently opening your eyes if they were closed and continuing with your day you can repeat this practice for one or two minutes anytime when you want to reconnect with your breath thank you for joining and have a beautiful continuation of your day
