Transcript

Taking a couple breaths deeper than you might normally.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And again in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And then turning the attention to the sensation of breathing as it's happening in the body.

So noticing where in the body breathing is most easily observed,

Whether it's the belly moving out and in,

Or the chest,

Or the shoulders going up and down.

Taking the next few moments to connect to the movement of breath in the body.

Then maintaining some of this connection as you move on to your next meeting.
