We'll be practicing three rounds of a box breath where we'll breathe in through the nose,
Hold,
Breathe out,
And hold.
All for four counts each.
I'll guide you through it.
This is great for easing the mind and coming into your day,
So let's find an upright posture.
Taking an opening breath in,
An opening breath out,
Softening the body,
Getting ready in three,
Two,
One,
And breathing in.
Hold.
In through the nose.
Holding.
Out through the nose.
Once more.
In.
Holding.
Let's take a clearing breath in together and a cleansing breath out.
Getting ready in three,
Two,
One,
And in.
Continue on.
Back in three,
Two,
One,
And in.
Seeing if you can soften into the jaw.
Relax into the belly.
Feeling the belly expand as you inhale.
Softening the body as you exhale.
Final one and in.
Holding up the top.
Let's take a deep breath in here to round out our practice and a deep breath out.
