Astral projection guided meditation Welcome,
I'm Nikki Sutton.
Please refrain from listening while driving or doing anything else.
Make sure you'll be undisturbed,
Dim the lights and lay down in a very comfortable position on your back if possible.
Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.
First,
We must allow the body to rest and the thinking mind to quieten before our consciousness can leave our body.
This process uses visualization,
Leading into clairvoyant seeing.
If holding mental images is tricky for you,
Then use your sense of just knowing as to what you're experiencing.
Bring your awareness from any scattered places to within you now.
Focusing single pointedly within and begin to relax.
Giving your mind and body permission to release all tension and stress.
Ready to free your consciousness for astral projection.
Focus for a few moments on the point just between your eyebrows at your third eye.
Look there if you wish or just bring your conscious awareness to the point on your forehead just between your eyebrows.
As you do this,
Your powerful conscious energy causes activation.
Focus on this spot.
It feels empowering yet calming.
A place of clear vision and infinite wisdom within you.
Sense activation taking place now,
Accompanied by a warm,
Relaxing sense of well-being,
Allowing you to drift deeper and deeper into relaxation and peacefulness.
As the trance state begins to find you.
And I'd like you to begin to breathe through the point on your forehead now.
Your third eye chakra as you inhale deep,
Full breaths into your lungs.
Breathe in the light of creation through your third eye.
Visualize and sense this happening now.
Inhale through your third eye and exhale.
And with each breath you relax further and breathe in nice and deeply the air into your belly and the energy through your forehead.
And exhale,
Relaxing more,
Activating more.
And a few more deep breaths in now.
Inhale and exhale.
Breathe in and out.
In and out.
Drifting deeper now.
Lovely.
Breathe normally now.
Slow and rhythmically.
And the sense of infinite peace and relaxation moves through your head like a melting feeling.
So relaxing.
Reaching your face as your brow softens.
Your cheeks relax.
And your jaw drops to a comfortable position.
Your body is still.
So still and comfortable.
Drifting into trance.
And this feeling of well-being moves down through your neck and shoulders as they too melt down into their most rested position.
And just allowing the bed or couch to fully support your body as it rests completely.
And you'll soon be leaving it behind.
The wave of relaxation flows down through your arms to your shoulders,
Wrists and hands as they too melt down and become heavy.
Every part of your body phasing from wakefulness to rest.
And the energy moves down your chest and back as any tension is fully released now.
And on down through your stomach,
Pelvis and towards your hips.
Soothing and relaxing.
Achieving a deeper state of peacefulness with each moment.
And your legs now benefit from the wave of relaxation down to your knees,
Your calves and shins.
And your ankles and feet melting down into the bed or couch you're laying on.
And as you lay so very peacefully there,
I'm going to count you down to deepen your trance further.
And as I do so,
Your consciousness will become more and more an energetic being of its own,
Ready to leave the physical body behind for a little while.
Know that your consciousness will always automatically return to your mind and body as they are one simply by opening your eyes.
But keeping your physical eyes firmly shut now,
I'll count you down to deepen you further.
Here we go.
Ten.
Nine.
Eight.
You are becoming even more relaxed.
Seven.
Six.
Five.
Drifting deeper and deeper into trance.
Four.
Three.
Two.
And one.
And your consciousness is ready and fully able to astral project.
Okay.
Using your mind's eye,
Just become aware of your physical surroundings visually.
Seeing through your mind's eye,
What do you see in the room or space around you,
The room in which your physical body lays?
What do you see in the space around you?
Perhaps furniture,
Your belongings,
A window,
A door.
See your surroundings most clearly now.
Becoming more vivid all the time.
Okay.
Focus now,
Visually,
On your toes.
Keeping your physical head still,
I want you to raise your astral head as if you were to lift up your head and look along the length of your body.
So with a can-do attitude,
You can do this.
I want you to lift your perspective as if your head is lifting up and look at your toes,
Moving your physical head,
Laying comfortably there.
Leave any hows,
What's or any doubts until after this session,
Because they are blocked.
Being really calm and relaxed,
And knowing that you're fully protected and loved by your higher self.
Now,
All of this is much easier than many people make out.
Raise your right arm now,
Your astral arm.
See it within your mind's eye,
Departing from your physical arm.
It may appear solid,
See-through,
Or like a wispy light.
You actually perceive your astral body as you expect to perceive it,
Our beliefs manifest our reality after all.
Raise your right astral hand and hold it up.
Do this easily,
And move it around if you like.
Feel it moving as your physical body remains still.
Now raise your left arm and observe both your hands in front of you,
Remaining very relaxed indeed.
Okay,
What I want you to do now is to begin to sit up,
Astral body only of course.
Sit up as if you're reaching forward to touch your toes.
Go ahead and observe your perspective rising to the seated position.
Okay,
Now turn and shift your astral legs over so that your feet are touching the floor.
How does the floor feel beneath your feet?
How's the texture and temperature of the floor?
And stand up and out of your physical body,
Turning to see your body laying so peacefully there.
Turning to look down at your astral body now.
Move your legs and arms.
How does your astral body look to you?
And feel the sensations that you sense with it.
Take another look around the room from your new standing perspective.
Observe the colours and shapes once more,
Growing ever more vivid.
Okay,
It's time to set your intention to go astral travelling now,
Fully protected by higher aspects of yourself.
Let's visit a place on earth first of all to get the process going,
A place of your choosing,
Then some other place or dimension in the universe.
I want you to rise up now.
Rise from the floor.
Feel perfectly safe as your astral body is immortal and invincible.
You are energy and you can go wherever you wish via thought.
Rise up easily now.
And observe your perspective of your physical surroundings,
Shifting upwards.
Up through this place now,
Up,
Up,
Through the roof.
And see the building or location from above now.
Feel still.
And now you can see the surrounding area.
Of the colours,
Shapes and all the detail.
Allow it to appear so clearly for you now,
As you remain so calm,
So safe and protected.
Bring to mind a place now,
On earth,
That you'd like to visit.
Be aware that when you do,
You'll begin travelling to this place.
Bring to mind a place you'd like to visit right now.
Here we go,
And feel yourself being pulled to this location.
Your surroundings are likely whizzing past you in a blur.
See this happening now,
And feel any physical sensations that come with it.
Effortlessly moving there now at speed,
As distance is meaningless to you in this astral state.
Being there now,
3,
2,
1.
And find yourself there.
And observe where you find yourself.
And in a moment,
Take 5 minutes to explore.
But know that you can walk through walls and doors.
You can rise up,
Lower down,
And move at speed if you wish.
And move to another location,
Just by thinking about it.
But stay on earth just for now.
These adventures are becoming even more vivid and immersive for you now.
Go ahead and explore.
I'll give you 5 minutes.
Alright,
Let's get to it.
Alright.
It's like.
You You You You You You You You You You You Okay,
Bring to mind now a place elsewhere in the universe.
Now you may not know it if you don't know it exists.
So either bring to mind or say a location within your mind.
Or ask your higher self to bring you to a place in the universe or other dimension that would be beneficial for you to visit at this time.
You can repeat in love and light the following.
Show me where you will go ahead.
And feel yourself traveling there now.
Your surroundings whizzing past in a colorful blur.
Sense how this feels.
And three,
Two,
One.
And find yourself in your new location.
Allowing it to form most clearly for you now.
And vividly.
And observe your surroundings.
Feel the temperature of the air.
Hear the sounds.
What does it smell like?
As before,
Go ahead and explore.
And give yourself a few moments to interpret what you find.
Because when other realities are outside of our frame of reference.
We sometimes need a little time for everything to become clear.
And any being that you meet may or may not be aware of you.
Depending on their psychic advancement.
Go ahead and explore.
And move location if you wish.
I'll give you eight minutes.
