Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.
Your crown chakra represents the totality of you,
Your mind,
Body and spirit and its level of balance.
In opening and activating our crown chakra,
We help perfect the equilibrium of our other six main chakras.
By activating,
Cleansing and clearing our seventh chakra,
Our violet ray,
We gain a clearer perception of the oneness of all things and really feel it.
We become more present and aware,
Pure infinite awareness and we are intuitively connected.
Our energetic flow is enhanced.
If visualization is tricky for you,
Rely on your sense of just knowing as to what you're experiencing.
Begin to arrive right here now within yourself.
The only thing that matters in this very moment is your energetic well-being and development.
Begin to unwind,
Easing into a divinely peaceful state.
Just take a deep breath in for me now and exhale a sigh of relief.
Any tension is being soothed away as your mind,
Body and spirit are aligning perfectly in this moment.
Allow your awareness to drift to any unhelpful energies stored within your mind or body.
Detect them now and sense them flowing out and away,
Out and away into creation,
To be transmuted only into love.
What a wondrous being you are and one aspect of this is that your thoughts create reality and your intentions and thoughts can attract light,
The healing vital energy of creation to you now.
First,
Let's get into the violet ray state,
Ready for crown chakra activation.
I want you to visualize or bring to mind an item in the color violet or close enough to it.
A radiant sparkling piece of amethyst perhaps or a flower like lavender,
Violet or lilac or if you love fruit,
A plum.
Bring to mind an item as near in color as possible to violet.
Hold the image as best you can.
For some it's clearer than others and that's perfectly fine.
Even just being aware of the item conceptually is fine but just allowing it to become clearer and more vivid for you now.
Observe its smoothness or texture,
Its depth of color in hues of violet and its shape.
Allow its energy to radiate the color violet now,
Getting brighter.
Just reach out your etheric hand and touch the item.
Imagine how it feels as you touch it.
Violet colored light is increasingly emanating from this item now.
So bright that it disappears into the light,
Leaving only violet.
It's all around you.
Many tones and hues of violet completely surrounding you in this space.
So bright and radiant.
So warm and healing.
Feel this violet ray energy on your skin and sense its infinite love and potential.
Its protective healing properties,
Its wisdom.
Take a few deep breaths for me now.
Inhaling the miraculous violet light into your lungs,
Energizing and illuminating you and exhaling all else that no longer serves a purpose in your life or ever did.
And just breathe normally now with slow,
Gentle,
Rhythmic breaths.
Still breathing in violet ray,
Infinite energy,
Totally surrounding you now,
Comforting and soothing your body.
Go ahead and move your awareness now to the top of your head to just above the top of your head,
To the position of your crown chakra.
See or sense a violet pinpoint of energy there just above the top of your head.
As you observe and your inner vision can observe in all directions,
This light becomes clearer to you now and a little larger.
Observing your remarkable and breathtaking crown chakra now or simply be aware of it,
Glowing beautifully in its infinite energy.
And as you inhale and exhale,
I want you to breathe from your crown chakra now.
With each breath you take,
Imagine drawing in air and energy through the top of your head.
Practice that now.
Breathe in energy through your crown chakra and breathe out through the top of your head.
And with each breath you take,
Your crown chakra grows a little brighter in its shades of violet and it opens a little more.
This pinpoint of light is growing.
Feel how good this feels.
Your connection with the all is strengthening.
Feel the oneness,
The interconnectedness of all that is.
As if you are psychically aware of the love light energy that runs through all things.
Inhaling and exhaling through your crown,
Normal rhythmic breaths.
And you're drawing in even more energy as your spiritual connection with source or creation deepens.
And become aware of light coming from above.
Healing protective prana energy from the very source of creation.
Flowing down from above into your crown.
As you breathe in and out from there,
Surrounded by violet light and receiving a stream of cosmic energy from creation.
This is loving high vibrational energy.
And your crown chakra opens,
Clears and activates more.
And your body fills with light.
The light spiraling and flowing down through each of your chakras.
Balancing the totality of you and all your infinite energies.
Healing and working on all aspects of yourself.
This pure radiant energy moves down spiraling through your third eye and throat chakras.
Your heart and your solar plexus warming and healing.
Making you feel loved,
Appreciated and one with all that is good.
And moving down through your sacral chakra and your root chakra.
And out and away into the earth.
Your body is filled with light from the top of your head to your fingertips and the tips of your toes.
As all the cells in your body illuminate with perfect vitality.
Realize your high vibration now.
And still inhaling through your crown.
Notice that within the violet light of your crown chakra,
Growing even clearer for you now,
Is a lotus flower with thousands of petals in fractal line formations,
Layered and moving over each other.
It's opening more and more,
Unfurling its petals so beautifully.
And even more violet light shines from it as you continue to breathe through your crown chakra,
Your thousand petal lotus unfolds and blooms.
Realize the intuitive connection you have with your body.
Your intuitive senses that were always present within you,
But are strengthening so much.
And you are aware and trusting of them so much.
Trusting of your inner wisdom.
And your crown chakra activation is bringing your mind,
Body and spirit even more into alignment.
Present in this infinite now moment,
Where love and unlimited possibilities reside.
Feel the love that the universe has for you,
And always will.
Your crown chakra is open,
Bright and free flowing.
Your thousand petal lotus flower,
Representing this chakra most perfectly,
Has bloomed into the most magnificent violet beauty,
Large and luminous,
Balanced and activated.
Just remain in these energies for a few more moments,
Continuing to breathe through the top of your head.
And just allow the light streaming in from creation to lessen now.
As the activation process begins to draw to a close,
Recentering your breathing back to your nose and chest.
And your crown chakra settles now into its perfect day to day radiant and luminosity.
Taking it easy and taking everything in your stride.
With the infinite,
Interconnected,
Wise and loving violet energies still all around you,
And your body fully energized.
Remain present,
Balanced and one with all things,
And begin to arrive in your earthly surroundings,
Loved and protected.
You can open your eyes when ready.
