Embracing your worth.

Find a comfortable position.

Sitting straight back on a chair or even lying down.

Gently close your eyes and allow your breathing to relax your body as you gently breathe in and out through your nose.

As you start to relax,

Let the relaxation flow down over your body.

From your head,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your torso,

Your waist,

Your hips,

Your thighs.

Relax your knees,

Your calves and feel every muscle and tendon release.

Letting go of any strain or stress until it reaches your feet.

Leaving them feeling light and relaxed.

And now allow your consciousness to journey deeper within to the very center of your being to the space where your worth resides.

Often in the noise of daily life this inherent value gets muffled but in this moment it's waiting to be acknowledged and embraced.

Visualize a small radiant sphere of light located at the very center of your chest right where your heart beats.

This light is soft yet persistent and it represents the very essence of who you are.

As you focus on it you'll notice that it starts to grow emanating warmth and love.

Recognize that this light is the embodiment of your value,

Your significance and the unique mark you leave on the world.

It is a testament to the challenges you have overcome,

The love you have shared the knowledge you have gained and the lives you have touched.

As you breathe imagine each breath nourishing this sphere of light making it glow brighter and fuller.

Each inhale acknowledges your worth and each exhale releases any doubts or negative beliefs that have kept you from seeing it.

In this space of warmth and brightness allow yourself to truly feel the depth of your worth.

Think of moments where you have exhibited strength,

Kindness,

Resilience,

Or compassion.

Allow those moments to fill your mind and reaffirm that your worth is not determined by external validations,

By your essence and experiences.

Allow these feelings to envelop you.

You may envision this as the light expanding even more wrapping around you like protective and loving embrace.

Within this light you are safe,

Feel the gentle ebb and flow like waves on a shore.

Allow the rhythm of your breathing to serve as a reminder of the constant steadfast value you hold.

Now picture the radiant light of your worth still bright and warm around you.

As you prepare to step out of this meditative space,

Imagine this light condensing,

Becoming a small brilliant gem,

Securely located in your heart space.

This gem will continue to glow,

Reminding you of your worth in moments of doubt or difficulty.

Feel the surface beneath you once more,

The weight of your body,

The gentle rise and fall of your chest and slowly begin to awaken to your senses.

Hear the sounds around you,

Distant and near.

Feel the temperature of the room on your skin,

The texture of what you're resting on.

As you start to move,

Do so with intention and grace.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Allowing the sensation to spread like ripples,

Reawakening your limbs.

Gently roll your shoulders,
