Hello,
I am Nicole Bowden and welcome to your December worthy and work meditation focused on peace.
This meditation is meant to be done in a safe and quiet space.
It is quick by design so you can do it in the shower,
You can do it quickly before you get out of bed,
Or find your favorite meditation spot.
But it will be a short three to five minute meditation just to center you and something that you can do throughout your days because December is a busy,
Stressful time of year for many of us.
When you're ready,
I invite you to close your eyes and get comfortable.
Shake out your shoulders and as you do envision the stress you are holding falling off.
Envision now in your mind's eye your feet planted firmly on bare ground outside.
As you look around you notice you are surrounded by tall pine trees.
The scent itself is helping your body unclench.
You are safe.
You are safe in your body.
You are safe shining your light your brightest.
You are safe here.
Continue to breathe deeply.
In the center of this forest you give yourself permission to release everything you've been holding,
Everything you think you have to do and be for a wonderful December.
You can let it all go.
All your to-do's fall to the floor with a promise that you will remember what is most important and cross that off in your ideal timing.
Every surface of the facade you think you have to wear for certain family and friends cracks and vanishes.
That heaviness you've been holding lightens.
Your breath comes easier now as you continue to breathe deeply.
You no longer choose your discomfort for someone else's comfort.
Your comfort,
Your peace matters.
From this lighter place allow yourself to get really present to the sounds and sensations of the forest.
Hear and feel its rhythm.
What greets you there?
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
How does the air and ground feel against your skin?
Ask for an angel or a guide to meet you where you are.
Then ask to be shown what you need to let go of most for more peace in this December.
Trust the answers that arise.
Commit to taking action here.
Even one tiny baby step can open up lots of momentum.
Thank your guides and yourself for showing up,
For growing,
For remembering peace and worthiness,
The frequency of your life,
Your family,
And world.
Thank you.
Put a hand on your heart and allow this peace to fill every cell of your body.
Feel the lightness and hold it,
Knowing you deserve to receive and feel your best at all times.
Let this feeling carry you throughout your days and come back to this meditation as many times as you are called.
Take another deep breath in and out here.
Shake your shoulders,
Wiggle your toes,
And open your eyes when you are ready.
Jot down anything you want to remember in your workbook or a notebook.
Here's to a very peaceful December.
