Welcome to your EFT tapping meditation on being worthy and stepping into that worthiness of being financially abundant. This is something that so many people struggle with because you see and feel somewhere within you that that financial abundance is available to you just being and feeling that but maybe there's something that's taking over there that's telling you you're not worthy of that that other people deserve that but not you or maybe that you need to do so much more in your life to get to that place and we are here to release that and to just step into that worthiness and this will not only help you in financial abundance but in any area of your life where you don't feel that worthiness that you can feel right now but again maybe you're telling yourself there's these other things that you need to achieve or other people that have what you want and they're different than you and you can never have what they have because you are different than them so we're releasing all of that today stepping into that worthiness so go ahead and get comfortable and we're actually going to do a combination of EFT and TFT tapping today. TFT standing for Thought Field Therapy and I'm going to guide you through everything so you don't have to worry about what that means exactly so go ahead and just get comfortable sit however you're going to sit today think about anything beforehand that is not allowing you to feel that worthiness of being financially abundant and let's release that today and let's go ahead as you're comfortable in your spot and just take a deep breath in and out. Okay we are going to begin with that TFT tapping portion of our tapping session today and all you're going to need to do here is tap on the side of your hand the same point that we tap in the beginning of all of our EFT sessions so tap at that point on the side of your hand and allow yourself to think of anything that's not allowing you to feel that worthiness anything standing in the way of that anything that comes up into your mind as you even just think about being worthy of being financially abundant what are those like little whispers or those thoughts that are like no because of this or that allow all of that to come into your mind now that's what we want TFT tapping focuses on your thoughts and tapping so we want those thoughts to kind of bubble up right now so we can release them we want to be aware of them and allow them to just release and leave our mind leave our body so as you are tapping on that point on the side of your hand you're allowing those thoughts to come up let's take three really intentional breaths on every breath out just imagine that you are letting that thought that feeling attached to that thought those emotions attached to those thoughts just leave your mind and leave your body so go ahead and take a deep breath in and out another big breath in and out and one last big breath in and out okay you can also pause this and do that a couple more times if you feel like you didn't fully release everything but let's go ahead and just get into the EFT tapping portion so go ahead and tap on that point on the side of your hand again and you know the drill here all you're gonna need to do is either feel what I say or say repeat what I say after me whatever feels best to you sometimes I don't feel worthy of financial abundance but I love and accept myself anyway sometimes I don't always believe that I can have what I desire but I love and accept myself anyway I know that I can get to a place where I feel worthy to have financial abundance and I fully love and accept myself go ahead and take a deep breath in and out tap at your eyebrow I continue to release anything not allowing me to feel worthy side of your eye worthiness is my right under your eye and sometimes I forget that under your nose I fall into thinking other people are more worthy than me under your mouth or that I need to do more to be worthy collarbone but the reality is that I don't under your armpit I am worthy now top of the head I just have to begin to see that take a deep breath in and out tap at your eyebrow I am starting to see how worthy I am side of your eye I'm starting to feel how good this worthiness feels under your eye I am worthy of having financial abundance under your nose I am worthy of having what I desire under your mouth and I am that more and more every day collarbone it's starting to feel so good to feel this worthy under your armpit I am filling my whole body with these feelings top of the head and I am releasing what's stopping the worthiness take a deep breath in and out tap at your eyebrow I see how worthy I am side of your eye I feel how good this worthiness feels under your eye I am worthy of financial abundance under your nose it is my right to be financially abundant under your mouth I get to have the things that I desire collarbone and it feels so good for me under your armpit I don't need to do anything more to feel financially abundant top of the head I am worthy of financial abundance now and I fully love and accept myself go ahead take a deep breath in and out okay we're gonna do one more round of that TFT tapping to end us off here and we're gonna really need all of those feelings of worthiness that we built up throughout this whole tapping routine and whatever that feels like for you right now however that looks however that sounds we're going to really just tap more into that put that into our mind so instead of bringing to your mind what it is that's stopping that worthiness I want you to bring into your mind now how that worthiness feels for you how that looks in your life how that affects your life how does that change your life you know draw a picture of that for yourself or how does that sound for you or how does it feel for you or a combination of all of them and we're gonna tap on the side of our hand so go ahead and do that as you're bringing in all of these thoughts and feelings into your mind and on every breath in we're just gonna bring more of that good abundant energy that good worthy energy into our body and it's gonna feel so good and so pure and it is going to take up space in our body as we breathe in and when we breathe out we're continuing to release some of that stagnant stuck energy maybe we're not even thinking about what's in that energy right now and what exactly we're releasing we're just we just know we are releasing what we no longer need so go ahead and as you're tapping as you're bringing in all those thoughts and feelings of worthiness and abundance we are going to take a deep breath in and let all of it in let all of the good in and out let out anything you no longer need take another big breath in and let it all out and one last big breath in and out okay that is the end of our tapping session today for just stepping into that worthiness of being financially abundant and having the ability to be financially abundant I truly hope this helped you step into that feeling and release a lot of what was stopping you from feeling that way and you can come back to this whenever you need to and I want to thank you so much
