Welcome to your what if it's better than you ever imagined EFT tapping meditation.
This meditation is going to be so amazing for you if maybe something recently didn't work out for you.
Maybe you had a vision of how something would fit into your life.
Maybe you were working towards something and maybe you've just kind of been hit with the realization or kind of the facts that that isn't going to work out for you or it didn't work out for you.
And I just want you to know and to give you hope that it's going to work out better than you imagined.
And that's why that thing didn't work out for you.
Even though you might feel upset,
You might feel sad about it,
You might not be even able to wrap your head around the fact that that option is not there for you anymore.
But I promise you there is another more amazing option and that is what we are holding space for and that is what we are opening ourselves up to.
So go ahead and get comfortable and we are going to begin by just taking a deep breath in and breathe out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though I still feel a little stuck and what I thought it could all look like,
I love and accept myself anyway.
Even though it seems hard to look in another direction right now,
I love and accept myself anyway.
I know that I can get to a place where I know and believe that it can all turn out better than I could have ever imagined.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
Nothing has turned out like I originally thought it would.
Side of your eye.
I had a picture in my mind and that picture is not possible anymore.
Under your eye.
And that is upsetting to me.
Under your nose.
I was so attached to that picture.
Under your mouth.
And I want to give myself space to feel upset.
Collarbone.
Because all of the feelings I'm having are valid and normal.
Under your armpit.
But I also want to allow myself to begin to open up to other possibilities.
Top of the head.
I know there has to be more than what I had originally imagined.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
Even though I thought that what I had originally pictured was my best possible scenario.
Side of your eye.
What if it wasn't the best possible scenario?
Under your eye.
What if I wasn't thinking big enough?
Under your nose.
What if I was keeping myself small?
Under your mouth.
And the universe has bigger plans for me.
Collarbone.
Plans that are more conducive to what I actually want.
Under your armpit.
Plans that are more aligned to me.
Top of the head.
Plans that are more aligned to my dream life.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

What if it turns out better than I had originally imagined?
Side of your eye.
It's not always easy to believe that I can have what I want.
Under your eye.
But I am making the decision to allow myself to think differently.
Under your nose.
What if those other options didn't work out for a reason?
Under your mouth.
Because something even better was waiting for me.
Collarbone.
What if everything has been leading up to this better option?
Under your armpit.
An option that I maybe didn't even have on my radar.
Top of the head.
An option that is way better than I could have ever imagined.

I believe that I can have amazing things in my life.

I know that I have so much worth.
Under your eye.
I know I am being led to something so amazing.
Under your nose.
Something that's even better than I could have imagined.
Under your mouth.
Something so well suited to me.

Something that will feel like it was created just for me.
Under your armpit.
I am so excited to see what awaits me.

I know it's going to be so much better than I could have ever imagined.
And I love and accept myself.
