Practicing meditation takes work Yes,
By practicing 30 minutes of meditation a day we are dedicating like 15 hours a month to practicing meditation and this is like a full day on a month Practicing meditation means for example not working or not producing one day a month means stopping being with the spouse or enjoying the children one day a month means giving up reading one book a month or giving up watching like seven new films or soccer games or 30 exciting tv series and so on.
Practicing meditation takes work through infinite options and alternatives we have at our disposal.
It's a choice,
It's a decision Choosing to live supported by meditation anchored in presence and consciousness requires dedication and honor to life as it is,
Requires courage and confidence in practice in the unknown and in encountering the truth requires an unwavering commitment to ourselves and the world respect and humility for the opportunity to live and above all practicing meditation requires responsibility to continue the practice of meditation in everyday life responsibility for the practitioner to integrate meditation into every world or action in every experience and interaction in any context or circumstance Practicing meditation takes work and requires effort but it stops giving work and requiring effort when the practice stops being a decision and becomes a natural and fluid integration without dissociation from life itself Meditation is choosing to live life fully moment by moment and the practice of meditation is simply part of it because the practice of meditation is already life itself Thank you my friend.
