Aquarius Full Moon Meditiation - August 2022

Hey there,

It's Jackie and welcome to another Full Moon meditation.

And this month we're in the month of Aquarius.

We've also still got the Lions Gate,

The 8-8.

That was the pinnacle point that that vortex of energy is open for all.

And it still continues through the Full Moon and out a little bit further.

So very potent energy right now.

Aquarius,

The age of Aquarius.

Some of you may remember that song back in the 70s I believe.

So we're stepping,

Or we have stepped out of the age of Pisces.

The world is crumbling as we know it.

It has been run by Pisces for the last 2,

000 years.

Pisces meaning that we worship.

We put statues and people up on pedestals.

Like politicians,

Doctors,

Popes,

Religions.

Statues,

All sorts of different archetypes we have held high as if we were beneath.

So now that is all becoming our past.

And is crumbling down as we live and breathe each day.

It is important to understand that to let go,

To let go of these paradigms is crucial.

And that is what we can do under the potent energy of a Full Moon.

We're moving into the age of Aquarius.

Aquarius is about following the beat of our own drum.

Gathering information and discerning what is right for you may not necessarily be right for your neighbour or partner or friend.

And that we are in need now to beat to our own drum,

To our own truth.

And heighten our intuition.

And make those clear pathways,

Those clear neuron pathways in our brain open to receive.

Because we are powerful beings.

We have been dampened down and through our pineal gland we have been dampened.

Our pineal gland is so important.

It is our spiritual radar.

It is our connection to all.

It is a gland that sits in our brain receiving dark and light.

And when it is dampened down,

Our critical thinking can go out the window so to speak.

Drinking fluoride water helps coat the pineal gland to switch it down so we cannot think for ourselves.

So this meditation under the Aquarius,

Which is an air sign opening our mind.

And also Leo,

Leo the lion being the fire,

Bringing in that bravery and that courage to let go of the old and trust in your heart.

Moving forward,

The flow,

The ebbs and flow of our beautiful climate,

Mother Earth,

Sacred Earth,

Our atmosphere,

The universe,

Our God.

It is all here to support and help us step by step.

Each baby step that we take is another step closer to our own individual freedom.

When we have our own freedom in our mind,

Then we can connect with other like minded people.

And as a collective,

Move and grow and expand our awareness and consciousness and our light in our minds and our bodies and our hearts.

And move into this new earth together.

So take a deep breath.

Get yourself comfy.

Come on this journey with me to help uncoach that pineal gland.

Open your mind to new possibilities that you've never thought of before.

Open your heart so your heart leads you ahead of your mind.

Open your solar plexus,

Your intuition,

Your joy,

Where it becomes stronger than your fear.

Sit back,

Feel every part of your body in this moment.

And as you do,

Let go of the pain,

The stiffness,

The stuckness,

The soreness,

The dis-ease within your body.

Let go and let God.

Be the powerful creator that you were born to be.

And as we start on this journey today,

Imagine that you are sealed in a golden bubble of protection.

No lower energy entity,

Shadow,

Darkness can penetrate the strong golden bubble around you.

And imagine that your feet are turning into tree roots.

And these tree roots go down,

Down,

Down,

Through into Mother Earth,

Grounding you fully,

Connecting you to the earth.

Take these roots all the way down,

Acknowledging your Earth Star chakra that sits about 12 inches below your feet.

Imagine the chakra spinning in perfect harmony.

And as we open and lighten and our vibration becomes lighter,

We more so than ever need this Earth Star to be spinning in perfect harmony to keep us grounded,

To keep us connected with the earth,

To feel the support and the love of our sacred Mother Gaia.

So take these roots all the way down,

Wrap them around beautiful Mother Gaia's heart.

Feel her golden heart in the center of her core beating and the vibration is coming up those tree roots.

Feel the unison with Mother Earth,

Draw that energy up into your feet,

Connecting into your feet,

Your ankles,

Drawing her energy up into your calves,

Your shins,

Your knees and your thighs,

Bringing this golden energy from the earth up into your torso and your pelvis area,

Your torso.

Your solar plex chakra,

Your yellow chakra that sits just above your navel.

Imagine the earth energy grounding the chakra,

Clearing out the anxiety,

Clearing out any aspect of fear.

Unconsciousness,

Grief and despair.

See this yellow chakra spinning in perfect harmony with the golden energy of the earth,

Opening you to your deep innate wisdom,

Your intuition,

Your joy,

Your sunshine and your warmth.

Draw this energy up into your heart,

Opening your heart chakra like a lotus flower,

One petal at a time.

Opening your heart under the full moon energy,

Being brave to let go of the past.

Let go of the people that you have been hurt by,

Grief stricken by,

Heart broken by.

Allow the energies of the earth,

The total forgiveness and acceptance to come into your heart.

Forgiving yourself is key.

When you forgive yourself,

Then the rest becomes a lot easier as to forgive others.

Swirl this energy around in your heart and open to the unconditional love that is there for us to receive each and every moment.

We draw the earth energy,

The golden loving energy,

The nurturing,

Supportive,

Loving mother energy up into our shoulders,

Down our arms,

Our fingertips,

Up each vertebrae in our back,

Coming into our throat and neck,

Clearing out any of those kinks,

Pains,

Who's been a pain in the neck lately to you.

Allow the awareness to come into your own vision,

Who does not serve,

Who you may need to speak your truth to,

And drawing on the powerful Lionsgate energy to help you do this from a gentle perspective.

Draw the energy up into your mind,

Clearing out those old pathways that have closed off,

Rerouting them,

Opening new neuron pathways,

Allowing this energy of all to come into your mind,

Open your mind.

We take this energy into our pineal gland.

It is as small as a pea and it is kind of shaped like a pineapple.

Imagine that it is coated like cotton wool where it is hard to focus,

Hard to make new habits or make decisions or see outside your square.

Imagine that this pineal gland has been uncoated,

Revelled like a cotton candy floss,

Unraveling off the stick and opening you like a beacon of light.

And as you open your crown chakra,

Your violet crown that sits in the crown of your head,

We pour down the cosmic energies from the universe,

The Lionsgate energy,

Which is connected to Sirius,

The brightest star and our central sun.

And we've also got the Aquarius full moon energy pouring down,

Down,

Down into our minds as well,

Washing through every cell of our body,

Going down,

Down,

Down.

Allow these two beautiful energies to entwine together,

To twirl and swirl inside your body,

Through every organ,

Every bone,

Every muscle,

Ligament,

Tendon,

Gland,

Circulatory circuits,

Veins,

Arteries,

Cleansing,

Clearing you and bringing you into your pristine birthright.

We push this energy through our skin walls.

And we push this energy out into our aura.

Any specks of negativity we are cleansing and clearing out.

Any holes in our aura we are sealing.

Any cords or attachments we are cutting off.

And we see our aura sparkly,

Bright,

Expansive,

Working our way out into our etheric bodies,

Our emotional body,

Our mind,

Our spiritual,

Etheric and beyond,

Growing and growing our light,

Feeling lighter,

Cleansed,

Connected and at peace.

This time we're going to stay put on Mother Earth.

We're going to utilize these energies and remind us how it is so important and necessary to stay grounded.

So imagine that you are by a river or trickling water.

Beautiful,

Clear,

Sparkly water,

Clean,

Pristine,

Pure.

How does it look to you?

Is the water running over pebbles or stones?

Is it trickling or going faster,

Slower?

Where are you in the world?

Are you in a forest,

In a field,

On some rocks?

Where do you feel at peace by the water?

Fresh water,

Clean water that you can drink.

Imagine this scenario painted as you wish.

Are there beautiful big trees in the background or soft green grass under your feet?

Or the smoothness or sharpness of the rocks or the strength of Mother Earth under you?

Feel the warmth of the sun on your face,

That beautiful big glowing golden central sun.

Feel it warming your whole entire body and feel the gentle air caressing you.

Feel it through your hair,

Over your body,

Warm enough to be just right,

Cool enough to be just right.

And as you feel so grounded and so earthy and so connected with nature and the wonders and the beauty of Mother Earth.

Take a cup of water from your Brook Stream River and take a sip.

Pure crystalline divine water.

We are made of 80% or more of water.

We are water.

We can change the composition of water.

So as you drink this gift from Mother Earth that we take so much for granted.

Allow it to travel down into your every cell as we give thanks for the water.

That quenches our thirst.

That gives us energy.

And we turn this water as we sip from our cup.

We turn this water into love.

It is already pure love from the stream,

But our intention intensifies it.

And as we drink this water,

We clean up any areas in our body that are unwell.

Imagine this water,

The gift from the earth,

Purifying us.

Imagine it traveling to your pineal gland.

And now that it is uncoated,

That it is receiving like an elixir straight to the gland.

And as you are sitting by your stream or lying down,

Breathe in that pure air.

You may have trees around you that are oxygenating the air for you.

It is fresh.

It is unpolluted.

It is un-chemicalized.

That's a word.

Pure,

Pure air.

Feel that air go through all airways in your body.

Oxygenating your blood.

Your energetic pathways.

Giving you oxygen to the brain and the mind.

Opening that pineal gland even further.

And as that sun starts to go down and you feel the coolness in the air.

It's time to light a fire.

There's a few twigs around to start it.

Miraculously starts for you.

And a few little logs provided by the universe.

Get that fire going and feel the warmth.

Feel your body warming from the cooler air as the sun goes down.

Feel that fire cleansing your every thought.

Again,

Any aches from the past,

The fire is cleansing away.

Any emotional stuff that you're holding on to is cleansed by the fire.

It is time to release under this potent Aquarius full moon.

Aquarius can be very self-reliant,

Advanced,

Clever,

Optimistic.

So as the fire cleanses you,

Cleanses you of your thoughts,

Your old patterns and conditions.

We're drawing in the energies of the Aquarius full moon.

And as you draw in the energies and you are feeling every part of your body becoming lighter and unhinged and unstuck and clear,

I'm giving you clarity of what steps you may like to take tomorrow.

Feel your toes and feel Mother Earth under your feet.

From the warmth of your of the fire,

Your feet are warm.

But what does Mother Earth feel like?

Can you feel her heart beating?

If you're lying down,

Can you connect with her?

Feel the vibration vibrating with you.

You are one.

Feel under the Lions Gate portal of pure abundant fertility.

Harvesting new beginning energy.

Feel your world starting to change.

Light codes being downloaded.

DNA bundling.

Sometimes we don't need to know how or why or what.

Just be in trust.

You've taken this time.

You are being given gifts right now.

You are one with the Earth.

Your Earth Star chakra is in full.

Full,

Positive,

Spinning,

Perfectly balanced energy.

And you,

You are the water.

You are the fire.

You are the air and you are the Earth.

We thank our ancient mother.

And through our hearts,

We sing to her.

You are the water that I drink.

You are the air that I breathe.

You are the fire that keeps me warm.

You are the Earth beneath my feet.

We are so grateful.

So appreciative.

So thankful for all the gifts of the Earth.

And as we feel at one and at peace with more love in our hearts.

We imagine from the beautiful moon.

The Sirius star lineup.

With the sun and the Giza pyramids.

The upside down triangle.

Shooting straight down to our pineal gland.

Advanced methods,

Advanced ancient technology being downloaded,

Giving us more light.

Balance serotonin and melatonin into our pineal gland.

An uncoated pineal gland gives us great intuition.

The ancient Egypt knew this pineal gland to be the seat of the spirit or the seat of the soul.

They use the third eye as a route to higher consciousness,

Which is what we can do while staying in our bodies on the Earth.

The Buddhist relate the pineal gland to the spiritual awakening and the Hindus represented to intuition and clairvoyance.

Let's open ourselves under this Aquarius silvery formane.

With the golden light of the Lions Gate.

We can truly move mountains.

We can shift our stuff.

We can let go.

We surrender.

We trust the process.

Open your heart.

Feel your soul flying free.

And while we are in this blissful state,

We send out all this high pure cosmic crystalline.

Vibrational energy out to our fellow man.

We send it to our enemies.

We send it to the ones that don't get us.

We send it to the ones that offend us.

Who don't see us.

We send it to our leaders.

To all leaders.

Whether worldly,

Country wise,

City wise,

Town wise and our communities,

Our councils and our families and our places of work.

Send this beautiful energy out all over the world.

Connect it all together.

Like a grid.

Like a silvery golden spider web of pure positivity.

Unconditional love surrounding the whole planet and connect connecting to each and everyone's heart.

For the ones that don't want to receive it.

That is their journey.

We let that go.

For the ones that do want to receive it,

But are finding difficulty,

We hold out our hand.

If we are the ones in need,

We reach out for somebody else to hold our hand.

We are here together,

Journeying together.

A lot of us here to bring in the light to the planet.

That is our mission.

Collectively,

As we show our appreciation and gratitude.

As you feel that love in your heart,

Even though we are on the earth,
