Leo Full Moon Meditation - February 2022

Welcome,

Welcome to the Leo Full Moon in February 2022.

Thank you for joining me.

My name is Jackie and I'm here to guide you through a Full Moon meditation.

And what an amazing start to the year.

Wow,

There's just so much going on and it is going so fast.

Sometimes we have days where it's just so hard to keep up with it all.

Change is happening daily it seems.

So how can we navigate through this?

What can we do as the old world crumbles?

Now know it and feel it in your heart that the old way is definitely on its way out.

There are systems collapsing everywhere.

There are untruths coming to the surface.

There are people awakening and realizing and wanting change and wanting to heal and wanting something different.

So at this time February being a two in 2022,

Adding up to an eight.

If you think of the infinity sign,

An eight on its side,

Anything is possible.

We have no beginning and no ending and we are living in such an amazing time.

And for each and every one of us it is to utilize this energy to help shift our own journeys,

Our own makeup so to speak,

To clear the ancestral timelines,

To clean up our karmic cycles and to start afresh.

You shoot into the new earth where in the transitional period this full moon will help us clear hurts of the heart.

Leo is about the heart and the lion,

The bravery,

The courage,

The colorfulness and brightness in your life.

Leo represents the confidence and the liberal aspect in ourselves and being and standing proud.

So how,

How can we clear this old and step more fully into the new?

Well the first thing is to,

Even if you are being triggered by anger,

Despair,

Deceit,

Mistrust,

Unworthiness,

Anxiety,

Anger,

Rage,

It is important to know that it is coming up for a very valuable reason.

But if you keep hooking into it and going down these rabbit holes,

You will get what you get.

So we are here to start to shift our thoughts into a higher vibration and it really feels like this full moon is more of an activation because the goddess Isis has come in to help us.

The goddess of in the Egyptian days where she became a symbol of a loving mother,

A dedicated wife and the feminine protective energy.

She was so devoted to her husband who was killed,

Osiris from his brother Set,

That she made it her mission to find all of his dismembered parts of his body and bring them together to resurrect him and she did.

And he lived for a short time where she conceived a son Horus with him.

Now this gave people great hope because for one,

It showed them there was an afterlife and two,

That death can be transcended.

So if we take that message into our hearts,

We are all transitioning through,

I guess through a death,

A death of the old and it feels ugly.

It feels low.

It feels all of those low fearful based emotions,

Feelings and dramas being played out.

So it is very important to hold on to why we are letting go of all of that because all of us want more love,

Peace,

Joy,

Divinity,

Caring and sharing and all of the likes,

The compassion and the joy,

The dancing,

The singing,

The connecting with nature and so this is a time to clear out your closet,

To face those fears and step into the new.

So get yourselves comfy.

Feel into your heart and feel your feet grounded to the floor if you are sitting or lying,

Just allow your body to relax.

Take some deep breaths and let out any resistance.

Open your chest,

Open your arms and surrender.

Surrender our little will and allow the higher power,

Willpower to come into you and guide you as you let go of the control.

If we want a different world,

It starts with the change within ourselves.

Keep breathing as you relax,

Relax more and more into this moment.

Letting go of the past,

Letting go of the future,

Being in the now,

Being present.

Just feel into your feet for a moment.

We thank our beautiful feet for the journey that it has taken us on,

For the walking that they do,

The moving forward and we release and let go of any pains in our feet,

Any blocks in our ankles,

Bringing our focus further up into our calves,

Shins,

Knees,

Thighs,

Allowing the blood to circulate,

To release any tension,

Any blocked areas,

Feeling the energy move through your legs and feet.

And we bring that energy up into our pelvis area or that focus up into our pelvis area,

Our reproduction area,

Our womb,

The hurts of the past,

The hurts from when we were small,

Our digestive system,

Finding it hard to digest life,

Our kidney area,

Where we find it hard to let go.

Love this area,

Feel into this area,

Release any tension,

Any pain,

Any blocks,

Any dis-ease.

Focus on your solar plexus,

Your stomach,

Your pancreas,

Your liver.

We thank our body for the duty it does for us to help us live to our fullest if we so command our body.

Let go and release of any blocks and pain.

Acknowledge this area in your body,

Your spine in your back,

Vertebrae by vertebrae,

Clearing,

Clearing,

Clearing the back spine,

Our past,

It represents releasing it and learning to live more fully in the moment,

Moment by moment,

Bringing ourselves back on to the new timeline.

And breathe into your heart,

The green chakra in the center of your chest.

Imagine it opening one petal at a time,

Opening and eager to release grief,

Heartbrokenness,

Rejection,

Betrayal,

Mistrust,

Disharmony,

Resentment.

Feel like a cloud,

A black cloud leaving your heart.

Being open to healing your heart,

Forgiveness,

Number one,

Forgiving yourself,

For putting yourself in the circumstances that you have in the past.

This can set you free.

Focusing on your upper shoulders and your neck,

The energy through your fingers,

Wrists,

Forearms,

Biceps,

Triceps,

Through your shoulder blades,

Wriggling your shoulders if you need to,

Releasing any tension,

Any burdens you carry on your shoulders,

Any pains in your neck,

Who has been a pain in your life,

Who doesn't fit anymore with the changing times in your life.

Breathing into those lungs,

Acknowledging without our lungs we would not be here,

Being grateful and thankful.

Take that energy up into your throat and into your brain,

Your eyes,

Your ears,

Your nose and your mouth.

Imagine a light circling in your mind,

Clearing out the old dark thoughts,

All the the mouses on the tread wheels,

Mice I should say,

Mice on those little wheels going round and round,

See the light clear at all.

Break those little wheels down and open your mind to more possibilities,

Even if we can't see it now,

Filling our mind with joyful thoughts,

Imagining,

Imagining because this is one of those spiritual aspects through all our ancestral timelines that has been smashed.

We are designed not to think anymore,

Not to think outside the square,

To follow orders.

So let's just clear,

Clear,

Clear all of that out,

Open our mind to what else is possible.

What can you draw to yourself when you're on a higher frequency vibration timeline?

Imagine your crown chakra or a flip top in the top of your head,

A spiral,

A vortex of energy,

A violet color.

And imagine from the heavens,

The universe,

The stars,

The galaxy pouring down unconditional love,

Cosmic rays,

Crystalline energy,

Energy to help uplift you,

Give you clarity,

Give you strength and bravery,

Give you the brightness,

The colorfulness of the Leo.

Allow this light to shine down,

Down,

Down,

Down from the universe,

From your higher self,

From your guides,

Your angels,

Your masters,

Your light beings,

Our helpers,

Our team,

The galactic.

Feel the energy fill your whole body cell by cell and take this energy down through every organ,

Every bone,

Every artery,

Every vine,

Every circulatory system,

Every chakra,

Every muscle,

Tendon,

Ligament.

Take this energy down through your body and imagine it pouring out your feet.

This energy from the cosmos is going down,

Down,

Down through the floorboards connecting into mother earth who is openly awaiting you.

See this energy spiral down through the rocks,

The water,

The crevices,

The molten,

The sand,

The clay,

Down until you reach the center of mother earth where her beautiful heart beat,

Her heart beats as one with your heart.

Let's wrap that cosmic energy around her heart lovingly and know that you are fully grounded,

Fully protected,

Fully connected as goddess Isis takes your hand on a journey,

A journey of deep,

Deep release and openness to receive.

You find yourself in a desert,

A warm,

Hot desert,

A barren desert where you cannot see anything around you,

But you trust and you are guided by the spiritual protector.

She leads you and in the distance you see a massive,

Big something that you cannot make out yet,

So she keeps guiding you and walking you towards it.

Feel the hot,

Fiery sun on your body,

The air,

A very,

Very gentle breeze on your face,

The earthy ground beneath your feet and Isis passes you a thermos of beautiful,

Cold water.

All the earth elements,

The fire,

The air,

The earth and the water with her guidance as you get closer,

You can see in the distance it's like the statue with a massive human head and as you get closer,

You realize that it is the Sphinx and it has the lion body and it stands about 20 meters high.

It is huge.

Some of you may have seen it in person and others haven't.

So imagine in your mind's eye,

Create it.

She takes you closer and closer to this monument,

This seven wonders of the world and she creates little steps to go up this lion's body and she invites you to come up and join her and on top of the lion's body is a mat just placed there for you and you are encouraged to lie down as she holds your feet and your body and your head rests on the lion's body.

You feel her trust,

Her compassion and her love and protection and she encourages you to open more and allow the sun beating down on you as you start to perspire and sweat that it is sweating out all the demons in your body,

All the dark cells,

All the stubbornness that you find hard to truly let go.

The resistance of change,

The resistance of seeing yourself fully in the mirror,

The resistance of knowing who you truly are,

A spark of God,

The resistance of not wanting to shine bright for keeping yourself small,

The resistance of not wanting to step into plentifulness,

But rather through perhaps no choice of your own to stay in the lack and the victim hood and the perpetrator role in the pity and the war.

We know it might not even understand or realize who just opened to release,

Release,

Release,

Transcend all of these feelings,

Dramas,

Cameras,

Contracts,

Hordes that have dragged you down for way over 2000 years.

The sun beats and you're sweating it out as it was almost like you're in a Egyptian hypnotic state,

But also in a safe,

Very safe environment.

Surrender.

Surrender your body.

Surrender your heart.

Your soul knows what is required and what is needed right now.

You may feel it like black tar trickling out of you or a black cloud lifting from you.

However you see it,

Be open.

Feel the energies release from you.

Moses now beckons you to sit up as she gives you some nice cold water and as you do,

You see the sun slowly going down.

A coolness comes across you from the air and you watch the most beautiful sun setting.

The colors of the sky are magnificent,

Yellow and orange hues,

Pink and violet.

Feel your heart with all that other stuff released,

Just open to the joy and the wonders of nature herself.

And as the colors change to blue hues going darker and darker,

You see the first star.

Then other sparkles start to sparkle in the sky like diamonds in the sky,

Stars all over and you see the moon in its glory,

A beautiful big round golden moon rising from the horizon.

Feel the illuminated energy of the moon.

Feel her silver,

Silvery rays starting to shine down upon you.

As the moon rises,

It changes shape to something smaller,

It changes color to more of a white and Isa says it's time.

She leads you down the Sphinx to the massive pyramid in front of you,

The Giza pyramid and she opens a little door that was made just for you and encourages you to walk into this pyramid as you leave the beautiful natural scene behind.

There are torches,

Flames within the pyramid and there is a corridor of light for you to follow.

You follow it fearlessly with so much love and trust for your guardian as she takes you to the center of the pyramid and in the center of the pyramid is a beautiful big slab of lapis lazuli and over the slab are Egyptian symbols,

Sacred geometry,

Flower of life,

Metatrons cube,

The Merkabah,

Ancient wisdoms that have been carved for you and she encourages you to lie on this beautiful big lapis lazuli crystal slab.

And as you do so,

You look up and right up at the tip of the pyramid is a beautiful gateway hole where you can see the moon in perfect alignment with the pyramid and the Leo full moon is pouring down its love,

Connecting with you and making the lapis lazuli sparkle in the moonlight and you feel every single cell awaken,

Switch on,

Understand,

Understand what we are in in the world right now is necessary as the old crumbles and we make way.

If we are clearing the fears and the from our ancestors timelines,

Then we are open to receive the gifts and talents of our ancestors timelines.

The sixth sensing,

The telepathy,

The clarity,

The connections,

The communities,

The talking with the animals and knowing what the plants are saying,

The caring and the synchronicities and the flow.

Our ancestors had all this as well.

This is our new earth.

This is what we are tapping into.

This is our opportunity to switch and change timelines to a higher vibration.

No matter what perspective of the world you have right now,

The opportunity is for all.

So we clear out the old and we're open to the new.

Feel your body vibrate,

Tingle,

Feel the joy and the happiness in your heart,

The love and the peace and the calmness,

The serenity,

The divinity that is your birthright.

Feel it,

Know it,

Believe it,

Be it.

You are a powerful being of the light.

You hold all the innate wisdom of the past and the future.

You are a co-creator.

You can choose each day how you want your day to be.

Eventually,

If it's not how you want it,

It will be with practice,

Dedication,

Responsibility and willpower to want something different.

God is,

Isis is there to help you up once again for all the blessings that you have received.

It is time to take them back into your home from your heart.

As we have great gratitude for the pyramid,

The lapis lazuli healing slab,

The full moon,

We start to walk away from the center of the pyramid and allow the torches of fire to guide us back to the door where we leave the pyramid behind and walk past the Sphinx back out into the desert and as Isis guide you back to your body,

Feeling your feet or feeling the floor beneath you,

Wherever you are right now,

You may stay here and bask in the glory of the moon and all,

All creation that is here for us to tap into.

Research yourself each day.

Find the love in your heart to love who you are and that creates the change.
