Welcome to this Ho'oponopono meditation.
Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Notice how your chest is rising and falling with every breath in and every breath out.
Allow yourself to leave this day behind and focus on yourself right now.
And when you are ready I would like you to imagine all the people that you have ever met in your life standing right in front of you.
You can see your parents there,
Your partner,
Your children,
Your grandparents,
Your uncles and your aunties,
Your cousins,
Your friends,
Your colleagues,
Even people you don't like too much.
All of them are standing just in front of you and I want you to look at them and say these words.
I am sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you,
I love you.
Imagine that you are saying these words to each and every single person that you have ever met in your life.
I am sorry that I forget who you truly are.
I am sorry that I forget that you are a part of God.
I am sorry that I judge you so much.
I am sorry for forgetting that you might be suffering too.
I am sorry for forgetting that you might have your own inner battles.
I am sorry for forgetting that deep down in your heart you have good intentions.
I am sorry that I forget that we are all one.
Please forgive me,
Thank you,
Thank you for all the little moments of kindness I got from you.
Thank you for all the moments when you showed me that you care.
Thank you for asking how I am doing.
Thank you for supporting me on this journey we call life.
I love you and right now I am making a conscious decision that I will be there for you.
Say these words,
Thinking about every single person in your life and as you are saying these words,
Notice how their facial expression is changing.
Notice how much more love they have for you.
You are connected on a deeper level right now.
You are connected by this energy of your hearts.
And now I want you to imagine that you are turning around and you are standing in front of yourself as you are right now.
And I want you to say to yourself these words.

Say to yourself these words and really feel them in your heart.
I am sorry that I forget who you truly are.
I am sorry that I forget you are a miracle.
I am sorry for any words of criticism and judgement.
Please forgive me,
Thank you,
Thank you for protecting me,
Thank you for keeping me safe,
Thank you for always trying to be truthful to yourself.
I love you and right now I am making a conscious decision that I will be there for you.
I am making a conscious decision that I want to get to know you better.
I am making a conscious decision that it will be my priority to love you more and more with every passing day.
I want to really experience this miracle that you are.
Allow yourself to feel any emotions that might be coming to you right now.
I want to let you go.
Allow yourself to let go of anything that is not serving you anymore.
Let yourself open your heart and invite unconditional love for yourself and for others.
