Welcome to our meditation about inner power and confidence.
Make yourself comfortable.
Sit in a quiet place.
Make sure your spine is in an upright position and your feet are flat on the ground.
And when you are ready focus on your breath.
Notice how your chest is rising and falling with every breath in and every breath out.
And as you are listening to my voice and you can probably hear other sounds coming from the inside of the room or from the outside.
And you probably still have a lot of thoughts in your mind.
Let all of these things help you relax and focus on your inner self.
This is the time for you and your journey within.
So take another deeper breath in and out and let your mind slow down and let your body relax.
And when you are ready I want you to imagine a long path just in front of you.
This is the path of your past and everything that has happened in your life so far is somewhere on this path.
All the good things and all the things that were not so good.
I want you to think about a situation from your past where you really showed your confidence and confidence.
I know that you have probably at least a few of such situations so choose one of them.
A situation where you felt connected to your inner power.
And once you did that I want you to start flying above this path of your past.
And when you get to that moment in time that you chose I want you to stop there and look at yourself in that moment in time.
In that moment where you felt confident and you felt connected to your inner power.
Look at yourself and check how you look like in this moment.
Are you smiling?
Are your eyes shining?
How does it feel to be close to you in that moment where you felt confident?
Use as many details as you can.
Very well.
And now I want you to get inside that body of your past self and make yourself comfortable there.
Make yourself comfortable and remind yourself how you felt in that moment.
Did you feel pride?
Did you feel joy?
What kind of strategies did you use to overcome stress or any voice of self-doubt that you might have had?
Remind yourself of any details,
Any information that will help you now reconnect to your inner power in your present life circumstances.
And once you did that,
Before we come back to the present moment,
I want you to imagine a cloud of energy or a bubble of energy that is surrounding you.
This is the energy of your confidence.
You can give it a colour that you like and I want you to breathe it in so that it can fill you up as much as you need it right now.
Let it flow in your body and let it release any self-doubt that you might still have.
And now make a really tiny ball of this energy of confidence,
Really,
Really tiny so that you can put it in your heart chakra as a reminder that this energy of confidence and power is inside you.
All you have to do is reconnect with your heart.
When you are ready,
I want you to leave that body of your past self and just for a few seconds,
Stand in front of yourself again and say thank you to yourself for reminding yourself that you can always reconnect with your confidence.
And once you did that,
I want you to start flying back to the present moment,
Taking that confidence and inner power with you and slowly bring your attention back to your breath again.
Notice how your chest is rising and falling with every breath in and with every breath out.
Notice how much more positive,
How much more confident you already feel.
You can move your fingers and toes gently to reconnect with your body and when you are ready,
Open your eyes and enjoy the rest of your day.
