Good morning people,
Welcome to this quick guided morning meditation.
How is your sleep?
Let's just start this day off by closing your eyes and coming into this particular moment right here,
Right now.
Checking in with yourself just for this morning,
Allowing everything to be here.
Your sense of smell,
Taste,
Touch and hearing.
Allowing all sensations to flow within you,
Whether it's pleasant,
Neutral or unpleasant.
Processing any tension that you've picked up from the night's sleep,
Tension from the sleeping position or from any dreams you may have had.
We are going to take five deep breaths now and when we are taking these breaths,
We are going to breathe in freshness and alertness and breathe out any tension that you may be carrying at this present time.
So let's just take a big deep breath in and breathing out,
Letting go.
Breathing in,
Right into the lungs and body and breathing out.
Breathing in,
Relaxing your system and breathing out any tension.
Breathing in,
Feeling the freshness of the air and breathing out.
Final breath in,
Deeply into the lungs and breathing out all of your tension.
Now you are just going to set your intention for the day if you have one.
Then gently opening our eyes.
