I invite you into this moment right now,
Taking one moment at a time.
Slowing ourselves down,
Bit by bit.
Everything that you have ever known,
Your career,
Your relationships,
Your responsibilities will all be there after this short break.
Just leave that be for now.
Park it by the side.
We are here now,
Moment by moment.
Finding peace in these little moments.
Taking a big deep breath in through the nose now.
Breathing in peace.
And out,
Churn them out.
Breathing out stress.
Breathing in peace.
Breathing out stress.
Breathing in peace.
Breathing out stress.
Excellent.
Then gently you can allow yourself to open up to these little moments.
Noticing how every little moment has its own unique imprint.
Every little moment is different.
Feeling whatever is there in this moment.
Whether comfortable or uncomfortable.
You are here right now.
Actively trying to find peace with your mind increases your thoughts.
It's the inaction and the watching that does the magic.
You are naturally peaceful underneath when the mind settles down.
You don't have to do anything,
Just taking time for yourself.
Then as this meditation comes to an end,
If you can take anything from this,
Take with you that these present moments are the most important moments in your life.
Everything happens here in these little moments and peace is underneath it all.
