
You Are A Big Body Of Love
This guided practice follows the four pillars of meditation: relaxing your body, opening your heart, sitting down, and getting up. During this 30-minute guided meditation, you will let go of any tension in your body, open your heart to nature, expand and merge with the universe, and bring your practice out into the world.

Hello and welcome to open-hearted meditation of a cation into your heart,
Into the heart of nature,
The heart of the universe,
The heart of all of humanity.
So first,
Finding yourself a comfortable sitting position.
This can be on the floor or a cushion or sitting on a chair.
If you are sitting on a chair,
Sit a little closer to the edge.
In whichever position is most comfortable for you,
Have it so that your body is easy to relax.
Feel your torso is upright,
Your head gently stretching towards the sky,
And feel your body settling into the cushion or the floor or the chair,
Grounding down into the earth,
Letting yourself relax more and more,
Allowing yourself to settle into some stillness.
No need to force the stillness,
So it's always okay to adjust your body to shift or stretch.
You can always uncross your legs to become friends with your body.
So just taking a moment to relax a little more,
Letting your breath just become slow and light.
And as you settle into your body,
Into your sitting position,
Allow yourself to start to scan your body to see where there's any tension.
You can start with the crown of your head and feel like a warm relaxation,
Starting from your crown,
Working down through your head,
Through your forehead,
Down through your jaws,
Relaxing inside also,
Relaxing your brain,
Your eyes,
Your ears,
Feeling your tongue soften,
Feeling your neck relaxing,
Imagining all of the tendons and muscles in your neck like many many fine strands of silk that are loosening,
Opening up the muscles in the neck and opening up the muscles in your shoulders,
Feeling your neck softening,
Your shoulders softening.
Every time you breathe in,
Feel your body expanding,
And then when you exhale,
Keeping expanded but relaxing more,
And feel that warm relaxation traveling down through your arms,
Loosening the muscles and tendons in your arms,
Softening your elbows down through your lower arms,
Feeling your fingers and wrists,
Hands relaxing,
Letting go of any tension,
And then moving up to your chest,
Letting the muscles of your chest relax and soften,
Feeling inside your chest,
Your lungs and your heart relaxing more,
Settling into more stillness,
More silence,
Feeling your back opening up,
Imagining all of the muscles of your back opening and softening,
And feeling your abdomen relax,
Inside your liver and kidneys,
Your stomach softening,
And as you relax more and more,
Continue to expand,
The energy in your body begins to expand more,
The space between the cells in your body begin to get farther and farther apart,
More room for energy to flow in your body,
Continuing down through your hips and your upper legs,
Imagine all the muscles of your upper legs like many fine strands of silk,
Just waving in the wind,
Flowing and soft,
Loose,
And continuing down through your knees,
Feeling the tendons and ligaments of your knees opening and softening,
And then down through your lower legs,
Your calves,
Let your mind go deep inside the muscles,
And feel them soften and open,
And then finally continuing to your ankles and feet and toes,
Loosening the muscles and ligaments and tendons in your feet,
And then just lightly scanning your whole body,
Feeling everywhere,
Begins to relax more and open,
Begin to open,
Open up the skin pores of your body,
Open up your internal organs,
Feel yourself connecting to the air around you,
And to the nature surrounding you,
Imagining the beautiful sky above you,
Trees and hills surrounding you,
As you open up to nature,
The energy of nature begins to flow easily into your body,
And the energy from your body begins to flow out,
Connecting with nature,
As you open more,
Allow your heart to open,
Feeling love from your heart connecting with nature,
And feeling the love from nature connecting with your heart,
Feel yourself becoming one with the world,
One with nature,
One with the whole universe,
As your heart begins to open more and love from your heart begins to expand,
Begin to feel like you are a big body of love.
Love from your body expands out into the universe,
And love from the universe into your body,
Surrendering to that love,
Become one with that universal love,
Big love,
Unconditional love.
To feel that you and the universe are one.
No separation.
No boundaries.
Just continuing to let your breath be slow and light,
Keep relaxing your body more and more,
And as you relax,
Expand,
Feel the space between your cells expanding,
Feel your heart opening more and more,
Love from your heart expanding.
Opening up your skin pores,
Feeling that love from nature,
From the universe,
Into your body,
Flowing through your body,
Filling your body with energy,
With love.
Just letting go of your body.
Maybe you feel like you're dissolving into the air,
Merging with nature,
Becoming one with the whole world,
Becoming one with the whole universe.
And becoming one with unconditional love,
Original energy of the universe.
And as that love flows through you,
Can feel that love helping your heart to open more and more,
Soothing any feelings of anxiety or worry,
Melting away any fears,
Any stress,
Any pain.
Like warm water and melting ice,
This love from nature and love from the universe begins to purify your body,
Purify your heart,
Cleaning your heart,
Cleaning your whole body.
Opening up all the cells in your body to receive more energy and more love.
Thank you.
And you can repeat to yourself inside,
I am a big body of love.
I am a big body of love.
I am a big body of love.
Let the energy and love from your body continue to expand.
Let your body relax even more,
Relaxing and expanding and merging with the universe,
Merging with love.
And one more minute to keep expanding.
Surrendering and letting go,
Surrendering and merging with nature,
With the whole world,
With the whole universe.
You are a big body of love.
And now,
Bring your awareness.
Relax your consciousness to your lower abdomen,
The center of your abdomen.
Feeling a ball of energy,
Feel the energy from your body collecting,
Condensing that lower abdomen and your dantian.
Just relaxing the center of your abdomen,
Relaxing your dantian,
Allowing the energy from your body to settle.
And as you return back to your body now,
Think about your life.
Think about things that are coming up for you,
Things that may be challenging.
Finding yourself as a big body of love,
Going throughout your day,
With a big open heart,
Full of energy,
Very relaxed,
Very peaceful,
And very calm.
Feel yourself going through your day with no worries,
With no stress.
Feeling the love from your heart now flowing out into your life,
Flowing into your relationships,
Flowing into your work,
Flowing into your house,
Even flowing out into your town,
Flowing out into your country,
Feeling love from your heart flowing out into the whole world.
Think about how you can take your practice,
Your open heart,
Out into your life,
Out into the world.
Feel the light from your heart shining out into the world,
Full of confidence,
Full of clarity,
Full of happiness.
And for the last minute,
Just allow yourself to return back to your body,
Return back to your breathing,
Feeling the floor or the cushion or chair beneath you,
Feeling the room or the area that you're in.
And then when you're ready,
Taking a deep breath,
Open your eyes and bring your hands to your knees,
Feeling your body again,
Returning back to your normal life,
Back to your body.
Then when you get up from this meditation,
Bring that big open heart now out into your world,
Bringing the light from your heart shining out.
