Welcome to Meditation Monday.
Go ahead and find a comfortable seat and we're just gonna meditate for a few minutes here.
Head and settle in.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
Let's do two more just like that.
In through the nose.
Exhale,
Let it go.
One more time.
In through the nose.
Expanding.
Exhale,
Release.
Find your normal breath.
Not controlling it.
Just allowing your body to lead.
Notice where your mind is trying to go right now.
Maybe you're seeing things from the past.
Maybe you're creating scenarios for the future.
Allowing your breath to be your anchor.
And with each breath,
Make peace with your past.
Make peace with the unknown.
Inhaling,
Noticing it all.
Exhaling,
Make peace.
Make your way back into your body.
Notice your breath.
Notice your sit bones,
Your hands,
Your chest,
Your neck.
Relaxing.
One last time.
Breathing in through the nose.
Exhaling,
Sigh it out.
Whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Take in the colors of the room.
There's no rush.
Beautiful.
And I want you to use this anytime your mind starts to wander into the past or into the future.
Inhaling and noticing what's coming up.

Making peace with what is.
